The glasses arrived encased in styrofoam, no damage. The quality is excellent, especially given that they are mouth blown. The only way I can visually tell is by the slight difference in the small imperfection where the blowrod was attached (I don't know the trade terms at all). They are heavy duty and bigger than I realized, at 8 inches tall. Maybe that was in the description somewhere I didnt see. We've been using them everyday. The wife, who has been tervis fan hasnt touched one since we got these. The insulated glass is just classier than plastic.
