I purchased one of these for myself and loved it so much that I bought a second one for a birthday gift for my 90 year old mother. It's just as described and easy to use, plus it is easy to clean. I would suggest that when making a sandwich, turn the toaster up to a little higher setting so that the bread toasts up better. This makes cooking and clean-up so much faster, and is always ready for a grilled cheese or panini for a warm sandwich or snack. My mom said that she really liked hers. She doesn't have to stand at the stove, turning and flipping her sandwich. This was a great find!

Wasn't sure what to expect. Hoped it wouldn't leak and ruin toaster...but, it works great! No problems encountered at all when I toasted a ham and cheese sandwich on thin-sliced bakery bread. I used in a non-Revolution toaster, too, so not necessary to make an additional purchase. Easy to use and would highly recommend.
