Built-in Wi-Fi & GPS
View, save, and share recordings wirelessly on your mobile device using this dash cam's Wi-Fi function. The internal GPS Logger allows you to mark the time, date, location, and speed information to all your recordings without the need for a separate accessory.
Collision Detection (G-Sensor)
When the built-in gravity sensor detects a collision, the current video is locked, ensuring that important footage is kept protected. The locked video will be kept safe from being overwritten.
Parking Mode
With parking mode, the dash cam is on alert for collision even when your vehicle is turned off. Please connect the Rexing Type C Smart Hardwire Kit to Activate. (Type C Smart Hardwire Kit Included)
170° Ultra-Wide-Angle Lenses
The ultra-wide-angle seven-layer glass lenses open up to capture sweeping views of their surroundings on both the front- and rear-facing cameras.
No Lithium-ion Battery
Utilizes a premium alternative power source with enhanced temperature resistance for both hot and cold climates. Always connect the power cable to ensure the dash cam has sufficient power.
Loop Recording
Recordings are split into segments. When the storage limit is reached on the memory card, new recordings will automatically overwrite your oldest recordings.
High Temperature Resistance
This camera can operate in temperatures from -20°F to 176°F.
Extensive Storage Capacity
The R4 supports micro SD cards up to 256GB, providing ample space to store hours of high-resolution video. This ensures you have plenty of room for all your recordings, from daily commutes to long road trips, without worrying about running out of storage.
Secure Installation
There are two ways to mount this camera. You can either use an adhesive mount or a suction cup mount to securely install your device onto the windshield of your vehicle.

- A: AnswerThe contents are one main device that has 3 cameras, it mounts on the windshield and another unit that works as the rear window camera. It includes a micro-SD card. I bought a second micro-SD card so that I can swap them out. The micro-SD card is only used in the main device. The device is NOT wiresless. The rear camera has a very long cord that wraps around the car and is able to be hidden from sight.

- A: AnswerI bet the ad company blurred that trucks plates on purpose. No need getting sued over a picture. As for the camera, the picture quality is great. The viewing screen is small, but those lenses don't miss a thing. The recordings are stored on an sd card, which when viewed give a more detailed view than this smaller screen can provide. I would suggest watching a few Youtube reviews. I have included a few pics to try and give perspective. I took a few pictures of my screen with my phone.

- A: AnswerYes, it will record 24/7 if it is hardwired. I have mine plugged in to the always on accessory plug by the rear hatch of my SUV. I used an extended accessory cable that reaches the front of my vehicle. I ran the cord under the carpet. Works perfect.

A: AnswerThe is no battery back up. This device must stay plugged in for it to function. There is a hard-wired kit that can be purchased as a stand alone product. If the hard-wired kit (which should be professionally installed) is used, then you will pick up on additional features such as when the engine is off, if the car shakes or someone break-in; it will start to record. If you plug it into the cigarette lighter, the additional features will not work.Answered by 1Adam12

Security You Can Buy
After watching a Tik Tok video of a lady being set up by using evil & premeditated circumstances of a driver in front of her on a busy hwy, I went down to my local Best Buy & purchased an R4 PLUS Rexing Dashcam. I had done my research & Rexing was the best in all consumer reviews. I used the Geek Squad to install because I’m tech challenged (MOST all over 60 yrs old are). The technician, Patrick, was extremely knowledgeable & professional, he hard wired it for me. I know feel secure knowing that I have a “witness" in case someone deliberately backs up into me. Game Over for them!

Rexing DashCam
Easy to install & activate. Love that I can control it from my phone. Viewing screen is kind of small, so being able to use my phone to view is a big help! Hides in behind my rearview mirror and does not obstruct my vision.
