Q: Questionok why say rig 900 is compatible with ps5 if its not going to work i just wasted money(1 answer)
A: AnswerHi Angel, We apologize you had an issue using the RIG 900 Max. This wireless headset is compatible with PlayStation PS4 and PS5 as well as docked Nintendo Switch via the wireless transmitter or undocked via Bluetooth. And many other devices. On the wireless transmitter, there is a switch. When set to the console controller symbol, it's in Xbox mode. The switch will only be in this position for Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. When the switch is set to "PC", it works on all other platforms. This is described in the included Quick Start Guide. Please note, Bluetooth mode is for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices like iPhone and Android smartphones. Bluetooth is not for connection to Xbox or PlayStation. For that, you want to use the 2.4GHz digital wireless transmitter for lag-free gaming audio. We hope that helps. Thank you for choosing RIG gaming audio from Nacon.Answered by Nacon Team
- A: AnswerNacon is right. Plus, not even the $200 Sony-branded earbuds and headphones have Atmos, so why would third parties?

Q: QuestionWhy do I have no audio in my right ear but I have audio in my left ear(1 answer)
A: AnswerHi Logan, We apologize that you are having an issue with your RIG 900 Max. We would need to know what you are connected to, and if it's via wireless transmitter direct into device or through the base? If you've downloaded the RIG 900 MAX Navigator app, performed a software update and have adjusted audio settings in the app? But we cant' do that over Best Buy Comments. We would be happy to help you with troubleshooting directly. So please contact Nacon Customer Support directly via email at support.us@nacongaming.com or via phone at 1-833-622-6687. Thank you for choosing RIG gaming audio from Nacon.Answered by Nacon Team
- A: AnswerHello, This sounds like potential WiFi interference. The best way to resolve is to create more space between your PC and your WiFi router. They both operate on 2.4GHz and if they are too close together, it can cause this issue. If that doesn't help, please contact Nacon Customer Support at support.us@nacongaming.com. Thank you for choosing RIG gaming audio from Nacon.

- A: AnswerHello Dero60, RIG 900 Max does have passive noise cancelling via dual-material ear cushions. But you may be looking for active noise canceling if you are using it in a noisy room. Active noise cancellation uses technology to cancel out sound waves with opposing waves. Passive noise cancellation uses materials to absorb or dampen sound waves, but it’s not as aggressive at cancelling noise as ANC. We hope that helps. Thanks for considering RIG gaming audio from Nacon.

Q: QuestionWhy are these better than the 800s? Worth the price difference?(0 answers)
Asked by Moggraider
- A: AnswerHello mintzeyy, The RIG 900 Max does not need the full charging station nearby to play wirelessly. The USB-A wireless transmitter that is plugged into the multi-function base station can be removed by sliding it in a horizontal plane to remove it from the base. Be careful not to pull up on it as it may bend the USB plug. Then the wireless transmitter can be plugged into your console or PC for wireless connection with the headset and the charging base station can be placed anywhere you like. This transmitter operates on lag-free 2.4Ghz digital RF wireless. It corresponds to the "Game" setting in the RIG 900 Max dual-wireless settings. When you press the top button on the left earcup, it will cycle through "Dual" (both 2.4GHz and Bluetooth), "Game" (just 2.4GHz via wireless transmitter) or "Bluetooth" (for just Bluetooth). If you don't want to use Bluetooth at all, set it to "Game". When it is set on Dual, you can use the transmitter for wireless connection to console or PC and still receive call notifications from a smartphone, but please note that will pause game audio. We hope that helps. Thank you for choosing RIG gaming audio from Nacon.

Got it for Starfield
Hands down the best premium wireless headset for the value and it has a charge base. It competes with headsets that are $350 but brings more features and is super comfortable. Bought it just to play Starfield. This headset shines in every aspect, materials, comfort, lightweight, build quality, sound quality, and only lacks a little bit in Bluetooth function. Bluetooth allows you to get notifications and take calls while gaming on Xbox but you can't mx in music. No big deal for me because I enjoy the sounds of the game. And the sound is amazing with Dolby Atmos. This headset also has flip to mute and a volume control wheel that doubles as game/chat balance for Xbox. It doesn't have active noise cancellation like the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro. That headset costs an extra $100!. It bullies it in every other category. This headset has the best soundstage and ease of use compared to any headset that is within $250. The charge base with separate USB wireless adapter isn't even available in the Stealth Pro or any SteelSeries. I would pay $350 for this headset if that’s what it was sold for. I love everything about it, the price, lightweight, great build quality and materials, durability. This beats every other gaming headset by a mile.

Great Sound, Amazing Comfort
This is my second go with the brand. I had the 800s and ended up sticking with my A50s. My A50s after 5 years started to have bad connectivity issues so I decided to move on and pick up the 900HX. The 900HX at first wasn’t sure if I’d like them. They grew on me and I so far after 3 weeks I like them. At first the volume sounded low but I’m used to loud headsets. I wasn’t sure if it was the headset or just me but quickly I gotten used to them that blasting them in full volume are loud and more than enough. I tend to now lower its volume because they get loud. The sound quality is very good. The imaging is very very good with Dolby Atmos. There is an app that you can QR scan from the product that gets you a license to use the new software where you take a personal head scan and upload it to Dolby and get a customize personal sound profile. Overall the sound quality is great and sounded as good if not better than my Astro A50s. The Bass is incredible and the clarity is great. The sound stage and imagine thanks to Dolby sound is very nice which is where I can say did a lot better than my previous Astros. I’ve been playing Black Ops 6 and Warzone and so far I could hear everything that I need to get dubs. So far no complaints. The comfort is top tier. I get no ear or head fatigue after playing a good 8+ hours of gaming. The adjustments are simple and works. I don’t have a large head but I put the cups at its max size adjustments and it just floats perfectly. Comfort is so much better than my Astros. The charging doc is better than what the Astros had by the better design. Sometimes on my Astros I’ll put them on my doc and they never charged. The 900HX falls right where they need to be every single time. The battery life is nice with 50 hours and I never run out of battery since the doc takes care of that. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 is that I was hoping these were simultaneous Bluetooth. They are not. That’s it. They can connect but only if you want to use the app, and if you want to listen to music you can but you can’t hear game sound. The app works good and the sound EQ adjustment work well. Overall Great sound, Amazing comfort, just wish they were simultaneous with Bluetooth.

Overall not bad
Overall not a bad headset. Delivers a great quality sound No connection issues (used on Xbox series x and pc) Now for the improvement: The way it adjusts to my head size is not the best I feel more pressure on the top of the my ears vs the bottom. When you pick it up from the charging dock you need to flip it 180 degrees. I feel the the way I take off and on the headset should be the way I dock it.
