- A: AnswerIn response to the "Roku" answer. Craig was right, it was the Bandwidth settings. Works perfectly now. You must have missed the part about the TV still being ON. It just stopped streaming and went back to the home screen after 4 hours. Roku should consider having all of these Power / Bandwidth settings set to OFF from the factory. A new TV should perform the way a customer expects by staying on and performing until THEY decide to shut it off. Having to figure out what is "wrong" with their new TV and having to research to "fix" it are not brand building moments. Customers who wish to have automatic shut downs or limitations can CHOOSE to enable them if they wish.

Q: QuestionAre mounting screws for a wall mount included? If not what size screws do I need?(4 answers)
A: AnswerHello! Your new TV will come equipped with TV stand feet and matching screws included, but no mounting screws. If you're looking for a 3rd party TV mount or stand, all Roku-branded TVs support a standard VESA pattern. This 50" Select Series is compatible with VESA pattern 400mm x 300mm and M6*16 mm size screws. Happy Streaming!Answered by Roku Team
Q: QuestionHow many watts are the the speakers?(1 answer)
A: AnswerI searched the box, and the User Guide and could not find the answer for you. They don't seem to want to say what the wattage is. I can tell you the tv can get very loud when the sound settings are set to default. The level goes all the way to 100, but even though I like my tv loud, I usually only need it around 30-40.Answered by DarleneK
Q: QuestionCan you receive prime/amazon?(5 answers)
A: AnsweryesAnswered by KrisH
- A: AnswerYes! To make things easy, our TV is designed with a VESA standard mounting pattern. This ensures compatibility with various stands to make finding your perfect fit a breeze. For a table top swivel stand, just ensure it's VESA standard compliant and can support the TV's size and weight. We trust this guidance will assist you in finding the perfect stand. Happy Streaming!

- A: AnswerHi, Sue; great question! All Roku Select Series TVs are equipped with Dolby Audio, but generally speaking, larger Roku TVs will tend to have larger speakers. Additionally, please know that as a result of our customer's valuable feedback, we recently optimized and released software changes that should make a noticeable improvement to the 43" TV audio performance. Happy Streaming!

Is It Real or Is It Roku
I was watching a neighbor's Roku TV when I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get my own. This was one of the best Tech decisions I made. I went to BestBuy to check out my options. The only thing that floored me more than the screen was the price. The price was so inexpensive, I didn't even think about the brand. What is the worse thing that could happen if you made a bad decision? The TV itself was light, which made it easy to take out of the box and set up. It even made it easy to mount once I installed the mount. The remote control was simple, which for me is a huge plus. (I am old enough to remember when TVs were simple, and parents used children as the remote control. LOL) Once I finally mounted the TV, I was ready to watch. The set up was also simple, and navigating to where you wanted to go was easy. Lots of choices without having to pay for anything. I watched a Lynyrd Skynyrd documentary, COPS (in Florida no less), Shark Squandron (en español), and all for Free!!! And then I found out you could stream Bloomberg! The picture was phenomenal. It really looks better than life. I couldn't believe I was getting this all through my AT&T WiFi. I didn't think it would have the bandwidth, especially since I had my laptop connected as well. A couple of "shortcomings," in my view. Nothing major. Once the TV connects to the WiFi, its hard to get it to realize it is also connected to an over-the-air antenna. (Roku probably wants to keep you on their platform. LOL) I am sure there is a way to point it to the antenna, but I didn't bother trying to figure it out. Another shortcoming is how much of my monthly 100GB of traffic it used on my AT&T hotspot. (That's really not the TV's fault, but it did take me by surprise when I was notified after 3 days that I only had like 35 Gigs left, and the month only started the day before I turned on the TV for the first time.) I also wouldn't be surprised if it s using the internet when it is plugged in and turned off. (I wouldn't be surprised if the TV is spying on you when its off. LOL) I am very happy with my purchase, and look forward to using it more once I get wired internet with no data cap.

Excellent budget TV, with an actually good OS.
I bought this TV because my old TV had picture problems, and I wanted to get a set that's slightly bigger. My old TV left a sour taste in my mouth for Smart TVs, and I was wary about buying another one. However, from the experience I've had with streaming boxes, I've deducted that the one I like the most is Roku, and if I was to get a new smart TV, it had to be a Roku TV. I prefer the Roku interface and remote to any other streamer I've tried. The user interface keeps it simple, it doesn't bombard you with gigantic ad on the top half of your screen (looking at you, Amazon) and the apps are sorted in a 3-column grid that everyone, even your elderly family members that can't work an iPhone, can probably immediately understand it. The remote is comfortable and has a good heft to it. On self-branded Roku TVs like this one, it comes with a "premium" Roku remote. It's thicker than the regular Roku TV remote you'll get with, say, a TCL or Hisense model. The box gives you everything you need for a basic setup. If you've had a Roku Ultra, it's that remote. The TV has four HDMI ports and one Composite input. I hook this up to multiple game consoles. Right now, I have a PS4, Nintendo Switch and Wii all hooked up via HDMI, on top of a Vizio soundbar with HDMI-ARC. I don't have to swap out cables to play a different system, and that's really nice. Overall, this TV is perfect for what I use it for, and I'd totally recommend this set if you want to get a good, cheap TV.

Great ROKU TV for the price
We just upgraded our TV. We used the Best Buy website to determine which one would work best for our living room and our lifestyle. The TV is great in quality and so much faster to use in comparison to the firestick. We went to the store when it was noted to be in stock. I’m so glad we used to website because this model was not on the floor, the salesman has to retrieve the item from the back but checkout was fast. The item itself was extremely easy to set up including attaching an antenna to it. We are very pleased with this purchase.
