Activation code was bad and It took 4 days speaking with 5 different people to get a new code.

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter, I purchase in July on line and picked it up at Best Buy store. My granddaughter's birthday is in October and when she try to activate it did not go thru. She contacted Rosetta Stone and they told her that the store did not scan the product correctly and because of that the code was invalidated. I try to call the store to no avail, they do not pick up the phone, I guess I will have to go there in person to see how this issue is going to be resolved.

Good intro to Hangul. Very basic but it's nice to start slow and build up.
