I spent the extra money to get a Samsonite because I thought it would last longer. I have used this carryon bag maybe 10 times and the retractable handle broke. It is VERY difficult to pull it out and push it back in. I called Samsonite and I have to either pay to ship it to a repair center, or drive over 2 hours to a repair center, both with no guarantee they will actually warranty it. It depends of if they consider the problem to be "normal" wear and tear. Very Frustrating!
