i ALWAYS wear a backpack, and i have a 17.3 inch Alienware Area51-m that is a BEAST of a laptop.. and i needed to find the biggest laptop backpack i could find, so i tried this. now, dont get me wrong here, this backpack is made with some REALLY high quality materials and it is not just quickly stitched together either.. i am NOT going to badmouth the quality of the materials or manufacturing at all as there is nothing to complain about there! the issues i have with this pack are it wasnt designed very well. the way the space is utilized is very poor and it just doesnt feel like they spent as much time designing it as they did sourcing the materials to make it.. it is advertised as being able to hold a 17 inch laptop.. now granted, my laptop is 17.3 inches not 17 inches.. but dude, that 0.3 of an inch shouldnt be a problem? right? wrong.. i was barely able to zip it up with my laptop in it.. i had to basically stretch the fabric to make it work, and it wouldnt have provided any meaningful protection for my laptop.. also, do NOT buy this for anything other than carrying a laptop as the space utilization is so... specifically designed for holding certain items like keyboards or headsets that its just kinda awkward. again, i hate to be so critical about this pack because it IS such a well made bag? but just be aware that it has some shortcomings, and dont get this pack if you need something with a ton of storage space.. but if you need a pack to transport your video game consoles or laptops UP TO 17 inches, then this is perfect.

Bought for my husband. He was looking for a bigger bag for work and with more pockets. I asked him about it. His reply was that it had the pockets like he wanted, and it was spacious. just doesn't care much on how the bag opens. doesn't care for it to fall open.. All in all good quality so far has held up for him. Considered getting one or similar.

Love this bag. Was a little overwhelmed by how many pockets and areas of storage were available, not having been able to see it prior to ordering. Almost considered returning it due to my own need for familiarity in the way I organize my gear. But now that I've been using it for a couple of days, I LOVE IT. You can literally pack just about every piece of needed gaming equipment imaginable in it. I love how many different spacious pockets are available. Makes it easy to pack away my laptop, cooling pad, gaming controllers and additional gear and personal items. If Mary Poppins loves to kill zombies... this would have been her bag of choice.
