Features
17.5 cu. ft. capacity
This fridge has 3 spill-proof, tempered-glass shelves, 2 humidity-controlled crispers for fruits and vegetables, and 2 gallon bins.
Counter-depth design
Keep your kitchen cohesive. A counter depth fridge blends better with cabinets and other appliances, for a more spacious cooking area.
Surround Air Flow
Cool food evenly. This fridge circulates air to keep everything chilled at the same temperature.
Power Freeze and Power Cool
Freeze or chill food quickly. Firm up ice cream in the freezer or get drinks cold fast in the fridge with the push of a button.
Twin Cooling Plus™
Keep the fridge humid and the freezer dry. Fruits and veggies stay fresher for longer in higher levels of humidity, and frozen foods avoid freezer burn and taste better when they’re kept dry.
Freezer drawer
The lower freezer drawer has an EZ-Open Handle and divider, so you can organize frozen foods your way. Use the automatic ice maker to access cubed ice when you need it.
LED lighting
Don’t worry about excess heat and glare. The gentle LED lighting brightens the interior of the fridge without wasting energy or space. Plus, a door alarm will alert you if the door is left open.

Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your RF18HFENBSR. If the ice maker isn't connected to water, please be sure to disable it on the control panel by pressing the Ice Off button so it's illuminated. This will prevent the noises associated with the Refrigerator attempting to draw water to make ice. If the noise persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you in finding a solution. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
