Bought the fridge more than two years ago. Little background, no kids no pets. The fridge aesthetically looks great, and works well, However, everything else about it is second hand. I have geek squad and thank God for that, multiple occasions the ice maker has been freezing over or breaking, finally Samsung has a bulletin where they have to replace the ice maker, its computer and tow other parts. Whats really disappointing about this fridge the plastic trim of all the drawers is cracking and breaking. First year samsung has replaced the doors after the first year its a cosmetic issue and they don't cover it. Nor does Geek squad. Due to these reasons this fridge is sub par and i would not recommend it to anyone.
This fridge has the sleek lines I love and functionality that I needed. I have only had it for a month but everything is working as it should. I love the look without handles. The auto fill water pitcher is amazing and keeps me hydrated with infused water 24/7. Ice maker works fine but takes a bit more time to make and drop ice but I have no issue with that. I love how the flexible the storage and shelves are and extra deli drawer is perfect. Grab and go without opening up the whole fridge. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and with Best Buy, especially my sales person Julie.
I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. One of my favorite things is that it has no handles. It is very modern looking and I don't have to worry about handles coming loose. I like the middle drawer that can be used as a wine chiller.
This fridge was designed by people who actually use their fridge everyday. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of some of the upgraded fridges but it is very good at what is included with this unit. At 23 cubic feet, it's not the largest refrigerator but there is not a single inch of space wasted. The double doors open wide to reveal multiple shelves, some that retract on themselves or fold up for when you need just a bit more height for the Thanksgiving turkey or bottle of soda. The doors themselves feature plenty of storage space; I was able to fit half a gallon of milk AND a six pack of bottled soda onto one shelf within the door! The self-filling water pitcher is a brilliant idea that lives inside one of the doors.
The center sliding drawer features four variable temperature options which is great for beverage cans, extra meats or even snacks like yogurt and can be customized for your desired layout. The double level freezer has ample room for several frozen pizzas, ice blocks or more. The twin cooling feature is surprisingly effective at keeping the fridge moist (think veggies) and the freezer dry (say goodbye to freezer burn).
The fridge runs very quiet, so much so that I thought it wasn't plugged in!
Creates small amount of ice - enough for drinks, not enough for your weekend picnic
Modern design with no external door handles makes this a fingerprint magnet (easy to clean though)
Doors don't automatically swing closed; needs a heavy hand to do so
Folding and retracting shelves provide instant, simple customization of layout
PLENTY of space for food of all shapes and sizes
Ample lighting for late night snack runs or early morning water from the door
Easy to clean
We absolutely agree, Jason! There is nothing better than finding a refrigerator that not only looks attractive but also has an awesome design with owners like you in mind. Thank you for being a loyal Samsung customer. ^Mae

Excellent for our new needs
We just moved into a new house that had an opening for a counter depth refrigerator, this fits wonderfully! The Ice Maker / Water dispenser is much better than ones before. It fits with our decor much better since the handles are hidden! We've had it for 3 weeks and everything has been great!
A:AnswerIts $100 to replace a piece of plastic that melts in the dishwasher. Cant cost them more than $2 to make yet they want a 50x profit margin on it. Its shameful really. Either make a higher quality product or charge a more reasonable 20-40 replacement for such a cheap part.
A:AnswerI bought this fridge sight unseen and was curious about how I would like the recessed handles as well. I've had this fridge for almost a month, and I can say that I love them (and the fridge) now (or maybe my old fridge was just so bad I don't know any better :)). Having two young children that love to smear their hands all over the front of it, the recessed handles make it so much easier to clean. It looks really sharp as well. The extra couple of inches gained by not having the handles in the front make a big space difference in my kitchen at least. Hope this helps!
A:Answerwe have an open floor plan as well and the frig is very quiet, barely hear the ice cubes drop and only when all other devices in our home are off. anyone talking with drown out teh sounds of the cubes dropping.
A:AnswerI use the flex zone for soft drinks, beer, and meats and cheese for sandwiches. You can stack a lot of soda/beer cans along the sides of this drawer. This is my go to drawer for quick meals and snacks, and I don't need to open the rest of the refrigerator and waste energy costs. It's like going to a deli-snack bar while watching a ball game or movie. You can make veggie, meat, or cheese trays to fit in there too! I love it!
