- A: AnswerHi, I have the Samsung fridge with the self-filling pitcher inside and noticed (and did) all the same things noted in the comments. After a while the pitcher gets very moldy. I threw it in the dishwasher and the pitcher part melted so I couldn’t put the top back on. The replacement pitcher is $100 (ridiculous). But what I decided to try was to remelt (heat up) the pitcher and bend the plastic back so that the top fit again. IT WORKED! I first tried to run it through the dishwasher and then remold it, but it didn’t get hot enough. I then boiled a large pot of water, put the top of the pitcher in it until it became pliable, slid the top into the hot plastic and ran it under cold water to harden it in place. The tops back on, and it works in the fridge. The melting incident is unnoticeable. Thank goodness because I didn’t want to spend $100 on a plastic pitcher, but it is a key feature of the fridge. Just wanted to post this in case it helps someone else. Samsung should fix the moldy/melting pitcher issue.

- A: AnswerI bought this fridge sight unseen and was curious about how I would like the recessed handles as well. I've had this fridge for almost a month, and I can say that I love them (and the fridge) now (or maybe my old fridge was just so bad I don't know any better :)). Having two young children that love to smear their hands all over the front of it, the recessed handles make it so much easier to clean. It looks really sharp as well. The extra couple of inches gained by not having the handles in the front make a big space difference in my kitchen at least. Hope this helps!

- A: AnswerI use the flex zone for soft drinks, beer, and meats and cheese for sandwiches. You can stack a lot of soda/beer cans along the sides of this drawer. This is my go to drawer for quick meals and snacks, and I don't need to open the rest of the refrigerator and waste energy costs. It's like going to a deli-snack bar while watching a ball game or movie. You can make veggie, meat, or cheese trays to fit in there too! I love it!

- A: AnswerJust found mold in the water pitcher of my two year old Samsung four door refrig. Disgusted and concerned because I use this water to fill my coffeemaker. Will clean with hot water and white vinegar but wonder about water in ice maker. Samsung should notify all owners regarding this problem. Also my refrig is clean no mold on any surface.
