Samsung - 23 Cu. Ft. Counter Depth 3-Door Refrigerator with Food ShowCase - Stainless steel

We love this fridge. The counter-depth really made a difference in our kitchen, the way it's configured. It was a must-have feature. The freezer has a surprising amount of space. The fridge main shelving area has a good amount of space. I like that you can fit a gallon of milk in the door-in-door. But the door on the side of the ice maker has shelves that don't hold anything. They're kind of a joke. Way too narrow. And the filtered drinking water doesn't taste as good as I expected. We previously had Sparklets and that was better. The main reasons why this fridge works for us is because we also have spare "beer fridge" with a lot of capacity, and a chest deep freezer. I wouldn't be able to function with this fridge alone for my family of 4 (2 hungry sons)

This is a very fancy fridge! Love the showcase door, makes for a very convenient grab and go section. We have a very small kitchen so the counter depth is a great feature but still feel like we have plenty of space in the fridge. I like the french doors, my old fridge was a side by side door and I couldn't put a pizza box into it. I also feel like I have a lot more room with the french doors...it is a wider space so it is easier to see everything. Side by side doors had all of my things behind everything and hard to see/find. Also am liking the drawer freezer a lot better than I thought I would...no complaints at all. I also never realized how loud my old fridge was until we got this new one...this fridge makes no sound at all that I can hear except the occasional dump of the ice being made. Our old fridge didn't have the built in ice or water maker, so this is also a great feature that we are enjoying...the whole family is drinking more water now that we have ice water easily accessible. Others have complained about the slowness of the ice or how it doesn't produce that much and I don't really have anything to compare it to since this is our first fridge with this feature, but I do feel the ice takes its sweet time coming out. We have yet to have an issue with running out of ice though...but it is just a family of 3 using it, so we don't need a large volume. My only real complaint is that the front is not magnetic. We like to hang sports schedules, school info, etc on the fridge for easy reference and we are no longer able to do that. I even made the sales person in the store test her name badge on several of them to make sure they were magnetic and the similar version of this in the store was magnetic...but this one was not the exact model since we had to get the counter depth version and apparently the counter depth one is NOT magnetic. Overall, the fridge looks great and we are loving it so far!

1st the good. Fridge is beautiful. Stylish. Excellent cooling. Ultra quiet motor. Bright bright bright LED lighting. Cons? My only complaint is the ice drop is quite loud. Yes, to be expected. I will say, I love the style and clean lines. The Door in Door is great! Energy consumption is awesome. I sound jaded, but not oblivious. I wish the stores actually carried this fridge in stock. For the size, I'm now working with less freezer space. But in fairness, this fridge is 1/2 the size of my old one. Also, the doors do not open as far as I hoped. To remove drawers, you have to squeeze out at an angle. Would I buy again? YES! Would I recommend? Without reservation. Note...Stainless Steel is synonymous with finger prints.

I gave 3 because we had exchanged it twice due to water dispenser leaking. We even upgraded To the 3 door hoping it’s not going to have that problem. But sad to say it had. We just remembered our kitchen and bought all our appliances at once to match everything . We’re happy how it turned out but the fridge is a problem and a hustle. In fairness, the Best Buy team members had been very helpful and great service and the delivery guys are amazing.

Love my new Samsung refrigerator!! Just what I wanted!!

My recent fridge was the LG with the french doors (showcase) and ice/water in door. I just moved a month ago and needed to buy a new fridge, counter-depth. We decided to go with this Samsung fridge based off Price, color tone, showcase counter-depth option, handle design. Unfortunately now after a month of use I realize how much I miss the difference of the water dispenser. LG's is easier, closer to the outside away from the ice slot. This one is old fashioned inside the slot with the ice dispenser slot. I find it inconvenient and difficult at times because the angle the water comes out. The slot for the ice and water area only allows for small and short containers. Also, Geek Squad has addressed the issue of how the latch for the showcase door isn't snug. If you pull on the handle the two doors have give between each other and make a clunk sound. Samsung has yet to fix an issue. The temporary fix is to wrap tape on the inside of the latch area to reduce the empty space of the latch area. I know it's confusing. Pro's- Price, looks good, keeps food cold. I will say that I don't recommend this to a friend only because I would rather spend the extra cash on the LG for the water dispenser. That's the thing I use like 90% of the time.

This is a great appliance. Designed well except the ice maker can't keep up at a party. I love opening the door to acess the milk without completely opening up door and losing excessive cold air. The solid bottom to the top drawer in the freezer drawer is nice as nothing can fall through to lower compartment.

Have it for over a month now, it's nice but a pricey refrigerator overall, The Good: brighter, cooler, counter depth, and modern looking. The Not so Good: Ice Cubes slow to come down each time you use it, as if the lever is not sensitive or they built in delay time to drop ice. Doors don't open all the way back so some drawers you cannot pull all the way out. The french door layout is not as versatile as we thought would be (our prior one was side-by-side).
