Customers highly value the spaciousness, space, and lighting of the 24.5 Cu. Ft. Side-by-Side Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water. They appreciate the generous storage capacity, well-thought-out design, and energy-efficient LED lighting. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the noise level of the ice maker and overall noise, as well as issues with the drawers and occasional defects.
Plenty of ice made, water is always very cold. Plenty of room in the freezer. Shelves in the refrigerator have limited position slots, wish it had more options for setting the shelves. Sufficient room on the doors for bottle/ gallons storage. Good size drawers. Free delivery but what an ordeal. You get an automated call the night before, telling you the timeslot. You cannot choose what time works for you. If you want a specific time you have to pay $75. The first delivery of the refrigerator I had to refuse because the door was damage and they do not set up a new appointment until they return to the warehouse. Once I got the second refrigerator they messed up on hooking up the waterholes. I had to wait and set up a service call to have a tech come out and fix it. The delivery part is the worst Best Buy has to have more of an oversight on their contractors.

Refrigerator has a good amount of space. The side by side was selected because we were on the fence about the french door refrigerator and liked our previous side by side. We choose the normal stainless steel exterior. It's not smudge proof but much better than our previous stainless steel refrigerator from Kenmore. The only thing that I don't like it the amount of water pressure when getting a glass of water from the door dispenser. I have not checked the manual for adjustments yet.

Super nice with plenty of storage space and very quiet. Love the soft LED lighting inside and the digital control panel on the front.
