Q: QuestionFridge HeightAccording to the specs the height is 69.9375 inches tall. However, in the pictures it appears the tops of the doors are higher than the rest of the fridge. Would somebody be kind enough to measure the rear height of the fridge? My cabinets are 69 and 5/8 inches high so I would like to make sure this fridge will fit before ordering. Unfortunately I can't find this model in my local Best Buy to measure myself.
Asked by Tumbleweeds.
- A:Answer 68.8 inches from floor to top of back of fridge.

Q: QuestionAfter only a month, the Samsung fridge stops making ice.. Why?The fridge stop making ice. The no-ice light is on. What does that mean?
Asked by George.
- A:Answer Hi George, If by the "no-ice light" you mean the "Ice Off" icon is illuminated, then the ice maker is turned off which is likely the reason your RS25J500DSR stopped making ice. Simply press the Ice button for 3 seconds so the Ice Off light is no longer lit up. - Ms. Samsung

Q: Questionless than 2 months later and my refrigerator is not cooling at all. Any advice?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I'm sorry to hear your RS25J500DSR isn't cooling. Please make sure it hasn't inadvertently been placed in Cooling Off mode, which would be indicated by the temperature indicator lights "moving" or scrolling. To activate/deactivate Cooling Off mode, press the Freezer, Ice Type and Fridge buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds (until a chime sounds). The compressor should turn on a start cooling shortly. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help. Thank you, Ms. Samsung

Q: QuestionIf the fridge is tight against a wall on the side, will the door still open? The space I have is the exact dimensions of this unit. One side against the wall and the other by a counter. Need to know of the door next to the wall will open properly. It would be the refrigerator side not the freezer side if that makes a difference.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Thanks for the question. Samsung recommends leaving at least 2" on the side of the RS25J500DSR that would be opening into a wall, and 3/8" minimum on the other side, for circulation, ease of movement and to allow the doors to swing open. If your space is exactly 35-3/4" wide, I would suggest considering an alternate, narrower model. Samsung doesn't have side by side refrigerators available in widths less than 35-3/4", but there are several French Door models available that would be more appropriate for your location. - Ms. Samsung
