Initially purchased a lemon; received replacement
||Posted .I initially purchased my refrigerator in June 2016, by September 2016 I noticed water under the Cool Select Pantry Tray. Apparently, water had built up over weeks. Although, I think the refrigerator is nice overall, I'm highly disappointed that Samsung would select just a horrible repair center (Nisi) for the Houston area. They were unresponsive and was never able to accommodate me with a date for repair. Months later I was able to get BestBuy's Geek Squad to come out for repair. It turned out that the water was leaking from the inside wall of the fridge which was unrepairable. Has anyone else had this problem?? I know have my second replacement as of February 2017 and it seems to be working fine. (yes, I dealt with cleaning water weekly due to the issues with the local repair center). The amount of water accumulated over a weeks time was about two large bowls. Yikes! I was not able to find any similar issues with this model, so I opted to receive the same model as my replacement. I can only hope that this was a one off issue.

Love it but have had it for only 2 wks
||Posted .Everything about it works great, ice and water does not go everywhere when dispenses, ice a tad slow, water fast and even seems cold. I can see everything at a glance, plenty of room. Like the freezer in bottom. A++ so far, have had it only about 3 wks. Ask me again in a few yrs.

Met all our expectations
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Works exactly as described. The water tastes better than my faucets, the ice is continent, and there is plenty of space for all my storage. If I had to complain about anything it would be the limited space around the ice dispenser. However, I happily traded it for the convenience of fresh cooled water and ice.

This is one sexy fridge!
||Posted .My wife and I couldn't be happier about purchasing this fridge. It runs super quiet, has plenty of space to store anything we want, and it looks great. At first we though we wouldn't use half the features it came with, but now we use every one of them. I'm not going to go into detail because this is a review, but the ones that stand out for me are being able to adjust the temperature and the water filter couldn't be any easier to replace. The fridge has become known as the "Sexy A** Fridge" among our friends and is differently the focal point in our kitchen.

Best Refrigerator in the High End Market
||Posted .Great industrial designs makes this fridge sleek and sexy compared to all other brands. Dual cooler makes for the most quite operation. Has all the essentials and engineering need for form and function without the unnecessary functions of the Samsung home hub. I’ve owned this refrigerator for 3 months now and it’s hands down my best purchase for any product ever.

PC ER on the display now, Called Samsung and being told that removing doors voids warranty. On this site a Samsung reps says its ok to remove doors. What is the truth?

- A:Answer we followed the directions your 800# rep gave us, still have the error. Samsung will not come look at the brand new machine. 3 representatives from your company repeatedly told me that we voided the warranty when we removed the doors. Unit is being picked up and we are getting our money back. We will not purchase samsung products again.

Q: QuestionCubed ice has Crushed ice in it.I do not use the crushed ice feature on the refrigerator but when I get my ice it has both cubed and crushed ice eventhough I only select the cubed ice. I would say it is about 80% cubed and 20% crushed. Is this normal? Should I call for service? It is not a problem for me but I just wanted to make sure something is not wrong with ice maker.

Q: QuestionHow far do the doors have to open to be able to pull out the deli drawer?How far do the doors have to open to be able to pull out the deli drawer; just at a right angle to the cabinet or beyond? It would be 2-3 inches from a wall on the right side.

- A:Answer A 90° angle would provide the greatest access to items in the crisper drawer. Given the shape of the doors and handles, 2-3" is the minimum clearance you would need between the RF263BEAESR and the wall in order to access the drawer. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung

- A:Answer Thanks for your interest in the RF263BEAESR. This model comes with the handles detached; you'll need a 3/16" (5mm) Allen wrench to install them. Instructions for attaching the handles and removing/reattaching the doors and drawer, if necessary, can be found in the User Manual which can be downloaded in advance as a pdf file from Samsung's website. - Ms. Samsung

- A:Answer Thanks for your interest in the RF263BEAESR. The dimensions, which are also listed under the specifications tab, are 35-3/4" wide by 68-5/8" high without the hinges (70" with them) by 33-1/4" deep with the doors but without handles. The depth with the handles is 35-5/8", and the case depth is 29-1/4". - Ms. Samsung
