>Food Showcase doors
Give everyone their own section of the fridge, or organize food by type. Keep drinks and condiments in the exterior showcase door for easy access, and use the InnerCase for larger items.
Control humidity and temperature. With 2 compressors and 3 evaporators, this cooling system maintains the condition of each zone of the refrigerator, so food stays fresher longer.
The bottom-right door can be used as a fridge or freezer. Simply customize your temperature settings and use this versatile space the way you need it most.
Eliminate smudges and smears. A premium stainless steel exterior will keep this fridge fingerprint-free.
>28 cu. ft. capacity
This fridge has 5 spill-proof, tempered-glass shelves, 2 humidity-controlled crispers for fruits and vegetables, and an adjustable wine rack that can be positioned 3 ways.
>High-efficiency LED lighting
Don't worry about excess heat and glare. The gentle LED lighting brightens the interior of the fridge without wasting energy or space. Plus, a door alarm will alert you if the door is left open.
Use up to 8.8 lbs. of crushed or cubed ice per day. The ice maker sits in a small corner of the fridge, leaving plenty of room for all your groceries.
>Filtered water and ice dispenser
Fill pitchers and glasses for a chilled, refreshing drink. The external water and ice dispenser has extra height for convenience, and works as a filter.
The HAF-CIN/EXP filter provides fresh, clean water for up to 6 months. Its convenient position makes it easy to change when the water filter life indicator alerts you.

ShowCase 27.8 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex French Door Refrigerator
Great Refrigerator there is one big issue. The icebox keeps over freezing. Samsung knows that this is a issue and has been using the same product for years. They won't fix the problem. I will be buying an LG 4 door next time I need a new refrigerator.
It's a very nice fridge, though we don't like that the doors don't go back further when open.
We received a damaged one, and went through alot of hassle with numerous calls to reach an acceptable resolution.
We purchased this refrigerator in an attempt to update our Kitchen. This was part of a two-appliance package. We were attracted to this unit by the French door design for both the refrigerator and freezer. It has a unique look and a unique function in the freezer unit. One side of the freezer can actually be adjusted to perform as a refrigerator or a freezer, depending upon the needs of the purchaser. The unit has functioned as hoped and my wife and I are very satisfied.
Attractive and slim looking on the outside but spacious and practical on the inside. Going from a side by side to French door-four door takes some getting used to, items in a different place and we’re still experimenting. The Showcase door is easy to use and very practical, doesn’t seem to take any space away from inside yet holds gallon size containers and frequently used condiments. Water/ ice dispenser blends nicely into outside door but inside behind dispenser has a very narrow space, wide enough to hold packaged bacon. Flexible shelf configuration inside for height and depth. Wine attachment is movable and removable. Two sliding draws very practical. Interior lighting is brilliant. Water filter easy to get to.
Flex compartment is very “cool” idea. Two deep pull out drawers are extremely practical not only for food separation but for bulky items like frozen turkeys. Freezer top shelves good for holding box items like frozen pizza. Even though this is not rated as a counter depth refrigerator, the sleek design and no handles allowed placement of this 28 cu ft fridge in a space that held a 24 cu ft counter depth fridge. Very happy with choice. Have to add that our Best Buy sales person, Albert, was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining features and benefits of appliances.
Back Story: My spouse and I are building a house and we need appliances but to cut costs we decided to purchase an open box fridge that had a few cosmetic defects. We thought it's a fridge, we can put magnets on the minor defects and anyways it's what's on the inside that counts. The BB sales rep , David, assured us it would work like new. Little did we know that frame of mind would haunt us. (Fridge purchased on January 5th)
Fast forward to March 6th. We finally connect the fridge and wait the 24 hrs as instructed from the manual for it to cool. March 7th Fridge is registering 79 degrees farenheit and freezer reading 80 farenheit. Call Samsung support, Shakira answers the phone (her real name and she was amazing to speak with) instructs me to unplug for 5 min and plug in and wait two hours. Nada. I schedule a Samsung warranty care and the Tech arrived today March 12th. He opens it up and states that the sealed system has a leak. He has to call Samsung have another tech come out and fixed the sealed system because it appeared some other yahoo had previously worked on the system and the fridge was not up to par.

Love this appliance. It is a great addition to our kitchen and the flexibility is perfect. My only complaint is that the fingerprint-free coating is not. My sons hand prints are everywhere. The stainless appliances look great but require a lot of extra care.
we have bought this refrigerator for the new home and its been a great machine and have a lot of wonderful features and would definitely recommend it. The best buy team are of good help during the the selection order and delivery process/
A:AnswerThe ice maker compartment has started frosting up and freezing everything up to the point where it can't dump the ice cubes. Samsung, of course, wants to send a technician to look at it for $150. All this right after the warranty expires. They say the only way to clear the problem is to defrost the entire refrigerator. If I did that, my refrigerator would be unplugged more than it is plugged in. They also say don't use a hair dryer to try to defrost it (that will probably damage one of the circuit boards). They also tell you to distribute the things in your refrigerator for better air circulation. The ice maker is self-contained in the refrigerator part, not the freezer, and there's no place for the air to circulate in the ice maker. Talked to a local appliance repair store, and they said that there are all sorts of circuit boards in the ice maker itself that can go bad and cause it to frost/freeze up. It will defrost to the point of melting the ice, and then freeze up again causing all the water/ice in it to freeze and jam. I have to take an ice pick and fork every couple of days and chip away the small pieces before it becomes a major problem. The circuit boards are about $80 each. The auger that pulls the ice to the front is also too small for the size of the ice cubes. That's why it is so sluggish about dispensing ice. No more Samsung products for me. Their service is terrible, and all they want to do is make more money off of the repair of a $3000 refrigerator. Spend your money elsewhere.
A:AnswerThe 9380 SG has what is called the "Showcase". You can open up the top right front door partially to get to the items in the door without opening the whole refrigerator. We keep Milk, juice and 2 liter soda bottles there to access quickly. The other model does not offer that feature.
