We have had it for a couple of years without any issues. The entertainment option is a plus and helps me listen to music while cooking.One of the handles got broken recently but our warranty covers the repair. Highly recommended.

However I wouldn't recommend buying it from Best Buy and if you are considering this particular model, despite this website stating that it has an ice and water dispenser; it in fact does not. I purchased a different more expensive model on Feb. 20th. Best Buy screwed up the delivery / installation up royally when they came to install my order on May 1st. and only brought 1/4 of the appliances I ordered. I settled for this model thinking it had most of what I wanted only to have them install it, then I found out that this one doesn't have even though the website says it did! Reach out to them to complain and they offer me money to keep the fridge that I don't want. I inquired about the original refrigerator, they tell me it's backordered and can't get it for months. It's 3:30 in the afternoon on May 12th. now, Samsung is delivering the model I originally ordered and wanted May 15th., yes the one Best Buy says is backordered. Sorry I digress. This fridge is awesome, it cooled down fast, the family hub is awesome I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to make an upgrade to their kitchen. Just don't buy it from Best Buy.

- A:Answer You need an app called “Family Hub” downloaded to either your Apple or Samsung phone and this is where you can interact with the fridge and rest of the family. You will need a Samsung phone if you want to mirror the phone screen onto the fridge. I own this fridge model and an iPhone and it works perfectly. You don’t need a Samsung phone to enjoy the benefits of this beautiful fridge.

- A:Answer Yes, Samsung Smart appliances are Alexa "compatible" but really that just means that there is an Alexa skill that can connect through Samsung's SmartThings app. You cannot reach all of the features through Alexa. SmartThings also has the habit of discovering all of your other smart devices, even those that are already set up through their own apps connected to Alexa. So now those other devices are connected to two things that are connected to Alexa and like magic now you have two of EVERYTHING in Alexa.
