Got this item, paid for brand new but the item looks like its been use take a look of the picture! Missing some specifications also about the product. I canceled my first order Dec 4 because didn't and never got the item as the specified date to pick up, I ordered this item because the guy work there (Sam) told me they have 2 available at the store. I canceled the first item at the same Day Dec. 4 2020 per Best buy it takes 48 hours to get the refund but until now its Dec. 8, I haven't got my refund from my card yet Smh. (COMPTON BEST BUY) The built Quality of this product its okay the stand not really stable kinda wigle a bit. Picture quality sofar so good, I haven't really tested it out. I main using it to edits photos and maybe videos soon, not good for gaming its only 60hz Im aware of it, I just really use it for editing photos and videos. I use my other monitor for gaming which is 240hz.

Love the colors and sharpness. The screen is crisp. I have always had a Samsung monitor. Love their products. Have never had any problems and they last. bought this monitor to have a bigger screen and love it. Easier for my eyes.
