Q: Question720p vs 1080pWill most people see the difference between 780 and 1080? Is it worth the extra expense?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer You will not notice a difference between 720p & 1080p unless you have a 50" or larger screen. Here is a distance chart that shows you the optimal distance for viewing your TV. It also includes information to tell you if you will see a difference between 720 & 1080 http://s3.carltonbale.com/resolution_chart.html

Q: QuestionWhat does the p in 720 p stand for?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer On a T.V. you can either have 720p/1080p or 1080i. The P stands for Progressive and the I stands for Interlaced. With a Progressive t.v. the screen will refresh all the pixels on the screen simultaneously where as interlaced will refresh twice to draw the lines across the t.v. I don't think I've ever seen a 720i t.v. recently and I don't really see the 1080i anymore Progressive seems to be the slandered.

Q: QuestionI noticed that a tv of the same model is at Wal-mart and has a dynamic contrast ratio of 30,000:1. Why is this one only 8000:1?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The correct dynamic contrast ratio for this model is 30,000:1. An older model (LN32A330), has 8000:1. Looks like it got mixed up with this one.

Q: Questionpicture-in-picture questionI want to watch 2 different TV channels (one in the main screen and another in the PIP screen). I want to change either channel with the remote control and swap them with the remote controller. Does this TV have this picture-in-picture feature?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Regrettably, Picture-In-Picture functionality is something that you may be hard-pressed to find in many newer TV models - neither of the 32" Samsung models that Best Buy currently carries (as of 06/29/2009) support this feature.

Q: QuestionWhy won't the HDMI cable fit into the HDMI input?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Please make sure that you are using the correct HDMI 1.3v cables, and also that the cables are not the mini-HDMI plugs as well. Also in some cases, they just need a little finessing to mount properly. If you make sure the plugs are in the correct position, you can push a little harder to mount it securely in the TV. -MrSamsung
