A beautiful and capable tv
Posted .Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Design, Picture, Set upEasy to mount, especially with the included mount, screws and paper. Setting up was also a breeze and simple. I wish Ethernet was available, especially since this was far from the router, but no complaints other than that. Looks: The Frame included is black - but others can be purchased to look more like a traditional art frame. With ART mode on, the combination is striking. The subscription or self upload ability are a thoughtful option. I tested the mounts prior to the wall mount, and found it easy to install, and great that it can be hidden within the back. I dislike having to store bulky tv mounts I may or may not use. Sound and image: The sound was good enough for a small room, and 4k image is great. Power: I like the sleep mode, and dimming option. It should be a negligible increase in costs with this on more than the usual Tvs. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback

Awesome TV

Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Pros mentioned:Design, Features, PictureI received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. This TV is the best picture quality I have ever owned. It was easy to set up and has an excellent guided setup instructions. It mounts to the wall just like a picture and looks great with the art work. It is a little difficult to get the art work slideshow working but after a couple of attempts was successful. It automatically scanned the channels on my antenna and has an excellent tuner. I get more channels with this TV from my antenna than I do with my other TV's. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has limited space and enjoys artwork. The smart features of this TV are easy to use and the most popular such as Hulu, YouTube and Netflix are already preloaded. The one I use is Hulu and it works great. I also use Amazon Prime which works great and is easy to access along with Alexa voice control which makes finding programming a breeze.

Living Masterpiece

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:Picture, Set up, Sound qualityCons mentioned:FramesObviously the picture is perfect - it's Samsung. Which means the physical design is sleek and simple, and the materials are sturdy and inspire confidence. The white remote had me do a double take, as I'm used to black or metal, but it is solid and intuitive, and is easy to spot in a cluttered environment. Setup was so simple I almost missed it. The longest part of the process was keying in my wifi network password. Built-in apps cover all the bases. I was able to download the couple that I usually use that weren't there, so I could say goodbye to a certain USB dongle device. I'd like to strip a couple of the built-ins from my home screen, but you can rearrange them so it's not a big deal once you use the device. Sound is amazing, considering I have no idea where it's coming from. No visible speakers or soundbar, but it has excellent audio volume and clarity. The Frame hangs flush to the wall, and looks like a movie poster. A single wire connects it to the base device, and I'll probably slip that through the wall to complete the look. I prefer the art to be set about as dark as it can get, which matches the brightness of the wall and looks like a poster. When it's brighter it looks like a high-quality backlit movie poster at the theater. There are art options available via subscription, but I've found the free selections work like a charm in my room. I'm not used to switching out paintings on a regular basis, so that habit is one I'll have to get into. As it is, I've left it on a gorgeous landscape by Edvard Munch, which compliments the decor perfectly. The art is accessible with the tap of a button on the remote, and is instant. It turns itself off after 2, 3, or 4 hours of idle time, or when there is no light detected in the room - both of those are energy saving settings that make the Frame blend in to its environment and save energy in the process. The only tricky part of the entire installation process was mounting the drywall anchors. The screws for the included flushmount (and it really is flush) have very flat pan heads, so you really need to use them instead of subbing out other screws, and they're really long, so you need to use the anchors provided, which are substantial and high-quality. Just don't let them spin in the wall before they start to open. There's a trick to it that eventually made the install look really professional. I love this TV and can't wait to experiment with uploading photos and using different mattes. Thumbs up! [I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest feedback.]

NOT INVISIBLE cable with 32” Frame - disappointing
Posted .Features
Quality4 out of 5Value1 out of 5Ease of Use3 out of 5Pros mentioned:PictureCons mentioned:Cable service, FramesI’m disappointed with this purchase. I wouldn’t buy the 32” Frame again, if you can fit a 43” upgrade to that model. This one is like a different TV from the rest of the Frame line. Just as expensive though! The sound and art picture quality don’t seem as good as the larger models. My biggest disappointment is NOT INVISIBLE bulky grey One Connect cable. The invisible cable is pictured and advertised everywhere as part of the frame TV package, but I guess it doesn’t come with this one? I can’t find any mention of a different cable with this setup. I bought this TV to hang as part of a gallery wall and the idea was for it to look like one of the framed pictures. The cable gives it away. I looked into ordering a clear cable, but it’s $299 and for that amount I could have upgraded to the 43” Frame - which presumably includes the clear cable. Don’t make my mistake. Buy the 43”. This size shouldn’t be an option if the quality is so different.

I am very sorry that you did not realize that the 32” Frame did not come with a One Invisible Connection Cable. You are correct, this cable is included with our 43” models and higher. Should you have any questions about the setup, use, or functions of your TV, please contact Samsung Customer Support.

Check Specs Carefully on 32" Frame TV (2020 model)
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I would recommend this to a friendWhile I have no doubt the picture would have been nice, I had to return this TV for several reasons: 1. It's 1080P, not 4K. Samsung makes a 32" QLED 4k TV, so why not with the Frame model? 2. No wired Ethernet port on the control box. Only wireless. Deal breaker. 3. OneConnect cable on this model is only 8' long. NOT 15' as stated on the product specs. Deal breaker for me. Need at least 15'.

Not that good. Choose another then this one.

Quality3 out of 5Value2 out of 5Ease of Use1 out of 5I’m only ok with this tv.. but ! It’s quality doesn’t satisfy me . Nore does it’s remote options. Sometimes when you press the remote it doesn’t work. That being said. I don’t like the Best Buy return policy that only lasts 17 days then you can’t return it. Not a really good experience in a try out. I’d choose most other TVs over this one and maybe a different store!

Q: QuestionIs there specific mounting bracket that needs to be used? Can an alternative universal bracket work?
Asked by CBruin.
- A:Answer Hey CBruin - The 32 Frame TV comes with a No Gap Mount in the box and this is the only mount at this time that can be used with it . ^Jason

Q: QuestionWith the tight fit against the wall using the provided wall mounts, is there room behind the TV to hide the coax, HDMI and power cables?
Asked by BobInLittleton.
- A:Answer Hi there! The One Connect Box that comes with the Frame TV houses all of these connections. The one connect box has an almost invisible cable that is 5 meters long (16 ft). That cable connects to the Frame TV and then there is a power cable from that box that is approximately 5ft long. Your HDMI cables will connect to the One Connect Box, as well as Optical, USB, ethernet, and coax. ^Celina

Q: QuestionJust got the 32 in frame tv. The One connect cable doesn't look very invisible. Is it supposed to be? Would like to install the one connect cable behind the tv? May I? Do I need a separate box to install within drywall and if so, where can I get that?
Asked by ConnectBoxDisappearance.
- A:Answer Hi, the One Connect box and cable are different on the 32" Frame than the other models. The cable is not in-wall rated by most municipal code jurisdictions without additional sheilding. You'll have to consult an electrician or reference your local building codes to see their specific requirements. I hope this helps. Thanks ^Scott
