Conflicting venting options
Owned for 1 month when reviewed.
I was told by Best Buy that this unit could be vented inside.
I called Samsung and was told Yes by one associate and NO by another. I wound up returning it to Best Buy unopened. However was charge a restocking fee from Best Buy of over $100. No one could confirm if the unit could or could not be vented inside.
It is still an unanswered question. I wound up purchasing a USA made 36 inch wall mounted range hood that comes with explicit directions to vent inside. They also pick up the phone when you call to ask questions......are you listening Best Buy?

A:AnswerAvailability is a horror story! The only thing you can bank on is when you’re given a delivery date, it will be changed. And, most likely Best Buy won’t notify you. This is what happened to me. I took a vacation day and hired two installers to be on hand only for the delivery never to show up! Unfortunately this happened twice for me as I was ABSOLUTELY promised delivery the second time after it happened the first time. I was told Best Buy often makes promises and schedules delivery when there is no chance that the appliance will be available just to get the sale.
