Q: QuestionI’ve never had an electric dryer- only gas. Does anyone have any issues (performance, expense, etc) with the electric dryer vs gas. I have a small space & it seems there are no compact dryers that run on gas. Thank you in advance!
Asked by Laundress.
- A:Answer We were using gas (standard size) before purchasing this one (We moved recently). The only difference we've noticed is the electric dryer doesn't get quite as hot as the gas, which can lead to longer drying times. Other than that its a great dryer. As far as expenses - barely even notice it on the electric bill at the end of the month. We have both the washer and dryer btw.

Q: QuestionI wanted to know if it has a 4 prong to go into a 220-240 watt outlet?
Asked by Shel.
- A:Answer It can accept a 3 or 4 prong cord. You purchase the one you need to match your outlet. I've you are removing an old dryer you can use the cord from that one

Q: QuestionDo sheets dry ok in this dryer? We have a vacation rental and need a dryer that can handle quick turns. Our current Kenmore ventless dryer takes forever to dry sheets and towels so want to make sure that our replacement works better.
Asked by CondoLiving.
- A:Answer Sheets dry well. For every load make sure to set it to extra dry and dry sensor. It will self adjust.

Q: QuestionI want to install washer & dryer side-by-side under the counter in my kitchen. The cabinet will not have doors. Do I still need 17in clearance on top?
Asked by AnaB.
- A:Answer I agree that the 17" clearance does not make sense...because it only requires 6" clearance when you stack them together, and the washer would be on the bottom. I would have to read the owner's manual more fully in order to find a reasonable explanation...
