Q: QuestionHello! Does this washer actually fill all the way up like the old-school machines? I have a GE that has a "Deep Fill" cycle, but unfortunately it is useless as it does not even fill half way no matter how large the load. Thank you in advance!

- A:Answer Great question, bigR! Yes, you can open the lid to add/remove clothes once the cycle has started. However, you will have to wait until the icon that looks like a shirt with a + sign is lit up. This indicates that it is safe to open the lid. You will then need to pause the cycle by pressing the Start/Pause button. Once you are finished and have closed the lid, you will need to press start again to resume the cycle. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionWhat size Drain Hose is needed? If the hoses are not included, why are they not an "add-on" option like the dryer hoses? It would great if a picture of the back of the appliance was avaialble.

- A:Answer Drain hose is included. The hot/cold water supply lines aren’t included and have to be purchased separately. They are a standard size designed for washers. Go with stainless steel they will last longer than the plain rubber ones. They only are offered add-on I’m guessing for installation service.

- A:Answer All detergent go in the well of the washing machine. The fabric softener goes in the agitator. Pods. Liquid. Powder ... All in the well ... Clothes. Detergent. Softener. Bleach if needed. Then close the washing machine. Choose your options and go.

- A:Answer I'm happy to say it can, Barlie! The washer is not designed to automatically drain or start again after it has been manually paused. To restart the cycle, you will have to press start or start a new cycle. ^Jecca
