I really like the washer. It cleans well and is easy to use. I was using a top loader previously so this made me wonder about the balancing as it shakes when it comes up to speed during the spin cycle. This hasn't caused any issues and once it reaches full speed the shaking stops. We have it in the basement and do not even hear it when it runs. My previous washer wasn't even cleaning clothes, and now they come out brighter than ever. Went from doing roughly 3-4 loads down to 2 with the increased capacity. I did not realize that it had a smart feature to control it from your phone when I bought it but like the idea. Unfortunately the app, and the manual have difference instructions on how to use this feature and so far I have not been able to get it working. Not overly important so I would highly recommend this product.

I have been eyeing on Samsung front loading washer for a while. I was contemplating LG versus Samsung, but when this baby came up on Labor day sale, I could not resist! The 4.2 cubic feet is more than enough to load up anything including king size comforters. The wash cycle is fast as well as efficient (no puns intended). I did best buy delivery and set up and they were able to set this up for me. They did not hook up the drier unit to the vent though. You will need to buy hook up products which cost me around $60 I think. Overall, excellent product and I am happy with my purchase.

I've gone through several washer but so far this is my favorite. It clean very well and it's a lot quieter than my previous Kenmore. It's so easy to use. It can handle my bedding items very well. Samsung uses motor in this machine unlike any other machines that use belt so when u try to wash your comforter, it won't be able to spin but this samsung do it with ease.
