This washer is INSANE! I wasn't sold on the idea of this washer at first but when I tested it out in the store it didn't take long to convince me. This washer does NOT disappoint! I have washed everything from jeans, dress pants, tees, comforters, shower curtain, and even my bed liner! The setting are very easy to understand and the steam cycle options are insane! There are still a lot of settings that I have not used but good to know that I have when needed. (i.e. Allergen, Sanitize) My only disappoint so far are the terrible reviews that I read (after purchasing) on the smart care function. NONE of them are good! For the price of the washer/dryer the usb should have came with it in my opinion. I am tempted to get one just to see if the reviews are concrete or a simple flaw of human error.

I have no regrets on buying this product ! After careful review and research I decided to purchase it... easy to use and it’s very quite... cleans the clothes very well... laundry time is quick! Saves electric bill too! Plus you get a rebate from your electric company

Beyond satisfied with this smart washer. Drum is bigger than I expected and it's cleans so well. Clothes nearly dry when load is done. Machine runs so quietly I forget I'm doing laundry. Bonus music reminder that you load is complete. Awesome Purchase
