My wife and thought that our dryer was going out since it took two or three times to dry a load. It wasn't the old dryer at all, instead it was over 5 gallons of lent inside the vent pipe, leading outside that was causing our old dryer not to work properly. We bought this washer and it's matching dryer to replace our old ones. Wow...what a big difference! This washer is not only very quiet during operation it will hold four times as much as our old washer. It's just me and my wife and with the old washer we had, we always had dirty clothes hanging around and needing washed. With this new washer we are not doing laundry everyday. This washer was designed for a large family or those who change clothes alot during the day like we do. It took a couple of runs to get it leveled out but afterwards it operates great. Best washer we've ever owned!

My wife and I love this washer. We purchased this washer as an open box item in store. The washer has small dents but I assume that it is from being a floor model. The washer is more efficient, quitter and the clothes come out clean. Also our old washer used to vibrate our double wide manufacture home but the new washer has little to no vibration. The buttons and dial appear to be great quality. Washer options are easy to set up and have extra settings for a more desired types of wash. Energy Star is a plus. Also the glass lid has a nice feature when closing, the door can slowly and smoothly close on its own when let go halfway. The only con which is a small one the softener and detergent tray appears to be flimsy and cheap.

I purchased this Samsung - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 9-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer (in White) to replace my less than 6 year old HE front-loading washer and am SO GLAD that I did! This washing machine has more drum space, is quieter, and is much more appealing to me than my previous machine. I have only had this machine for 8 days, but I already can't imagine my life without it. Hopefully, that trend continues!
