Great Samsung TV

This Samsung television fit all the requirements. Great picture quality for the size and very easy setup. A nice bonus is that the remote does not require batteries, but recharges from the room light. I have bought other brands of televisions in the past, but have completely converted all of our televisions to Samsung. Never have had any problems with this brand

Colors are bright and remote is solar chargeable. Quick start and Samsung’s OS is comparatively faster than I observed with LG’s web OS earlier. Overall nice sound and picture quality, vibrant colors.

Look for a different Odell in the 43”

This is our 5th tv from Samsung. From 55” to 43” tv’s. And this one can’t compare to the other four. The picture isn’t sharp, the sound has a lot to be des. We have to turn it much loader to get the same effect as any other one. And this gives off heat which isn’t good either. Supposed to be good, but it isn’t. And these solar little remotes are a pain. They don’t fit in your hand, to small, and have to be programmed so you don’t have to run through a couple hundred channels. Might just return it?

Additionally, you can enable Auto Power Off to have the TV turn itself off if there has been no activity for a set period of time. This is one of your TV’s energy-efficiency functions.
