Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I bought the 43” Samsung 7 series 4K for my bedroom and happy with my purchase. If I needed to buy another tv I would buy again. I don’t understand the people complaining and whining about it. To me they just have cheap WiFi and that’s probably why they’re complaining. I pay top dollar for my internet service with Spectrum and my tv works just fine. It was easy to set up, I set it up within 3 minutes.

Good picture, sound
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. We've found the picture to be excellent and the sound of the built-in speakers to be good also. The connectivity to the internet and to broadcast local digital TV stations to be excellent. Biggest complaint is that the remote hand controller is terrible when you have to enter usernames, passwords and internet URLs. An app (for iOS) which allowed a full alphanumeric keyboard on screen on iPhone and iPad would be appreciated. Haven't figured out how to pair an Apple Bluetooth keyboard to the TV; thought that was supported but it is illusive.

Beautiful Picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I like the the full view screen. Many preinstalled apps are on screen when you turn the TV on. Sound is adequate. I hate the stand!! I much prefer a base you can place to carry the weight at the center with a swivel so I can turn the screen. This TV has feet at either end meaning you have to a surface as long as the TV. I can barely turn it enough to view it from all angles. I also can't simply turn the screen to get to connections in the back of the TV. VERY BAD DESIGN. Especially for an older person. I literally have to take the TVof the shelf to add cables in the back and then lift it back up on the armoire. HATE IT!

Great value TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.I bought this to trade out my older Sony TV that had some issues and I wanted a brand that had a better reputation. Aside from the nice picture quality, I love that this TV has bluetooth & AirPlay which allows me to start content from my iPhone and stream it on the TV in a flash. I would recommend this model over the NU6900 if you want small improvements like: a noticeably better display, bluetooth, 1 more HDMI input, 1 more USB input. This TV gives you the most bang for your buck with a reliable brand, Samsung.

One of the few 4K's that works as computer monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I'd been looking to replace a much smaller flat screen monitor with an upgrade, but because my office is also our guest bedroom I wanted a TV. After a bit of research into affordable 4K models I found some good information on this TV, and in particular using it as a computer monitor. It works amazingly well; in fact, I'm writing this review using it at full 4K resolution. What is a full screen browser on my MacBook Pro is less than 1/4 of the 4K screen. What sets it apart is the support for 4:4:4 chroma while also offering very low input lag. With 4k resolution @ 60 Hz @ 4:4:4 chroma it has only 10.7 ms of input lag, and setting it up as "PC" in the HDMI input setting will work for both PC's and game consoles. Also, at 21 pounds it's light enough to go on my monitor mount (with a 200mm to 400mm adapter purchased separately). All in all I'm blown away at the picture quality of 4K content, but most importantly I love that it makes for a fantastic monitor. Do your own research and I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion.

Great TV, we installed under our backyard pergola
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. We were in the market for a tv that we could use under our backyard pergola. After doing some research I decided to choose this one. Now, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned that the glare may be an issue as it’s not a tv recommended for outside use. With that said, it works great, picture quality is great, affordable and lastly, the tv streaming app abilities was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Best Buy!

Perfect for our needs!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Yep, we've got too many TV's however, we use 'em all and for lotsa things. We purchased two like this in conjunction with CUTTING THE CABLE CORD. The one in my man cave doubles as a MEGA computer monitor (keying in this review NOW), streams from my phone, is a music source and a tie-in to all the apps it came with and other's we've added. The one in the bedroom streams from our phones and duplicates the apps. The TV's are minimal profile, light, setup was quick and easy, and the colors and resolution are awesome. We're very happy with our purchases.

Exactly what I needed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Randomly went into BestBuy to look at TVs the week before Black Friday- they started their sale then, it was a good price and it was a deal I couldn't pass up. I'm very happy with my purchase and glad I didn't pass this up. Great picture quality, lovely sound and works well with my Samsung phone - so I can use it to watch more stuff. Definitely recommend.

Q: QuestionWill this fit on a 36 inch table? How far apart are the legs it stands on?
Asked by Maybe.
- A:Answer The television is actually 38 inches wide and the legs are 30 and 1/2 inches from outside to outside. So yes, it will fit on a 36 inch table. Hope this is helpful. I’m very happy with this television and would recommend it to anyone.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between the 6 series and the 7?
Asked by ST.
- A:Answer I own 2 7 series and 1 6 series Samsung TV in my home. The major differences are mostly negligible but I have found: 3 HDMI ports on the 7 series but 2 on the 6 series 6 series cannot connect to 5GHz networks, only 2.4GHz (7 series does both) Stands are smaller on the 7 series (6 series take up a bit more room) The bezel is smaller on the 7 series thus looks a bit nicer. Button access is better on the 7 series remotes (dedicated Netflix, Hulu, etc) unless you have the higher end 7 series, which has a minimalistic remote. If you play fast paced games, the 7 series has lower input lag. I hope this was helpful.

Q: QuestionIs this TV equipped with WIFI protocol 802.11AC?
Asked by ShigK.
- A:Answer The TV definitely is equipped with WIFI. In fact we have only one TV that is hard wire connected to a COMCAST box and the others are connected through small devices using WIFI. However, it does not say anywhere what the WIFI protocol is.

Q: QuestionHow is the overall sound on this unit? "Good enough," or will I be needing to eventually buy a speaker unit for it?
Asked by Kyle.
- A:Answer Sound is more than adequate as I am in an apartment. For general tv watching, you should be able to get by without a sound bar. You may want one if you use the smart options on the set, as if you go to Hulu. Netflix, or Utube and want a lot of sound.
