A: There's a few differences. Mainly the H5203 has a 60mhz refresh rate (update frequency) and the H6203 has a 120mhz refresh rate. With that, comes a slightly higher power consumption on the H6203's behalf ( 77Kw/year vs 73kw/year). The H6203 also weighs about 2lbs less.
