This washer does clean well but has some really annoying issues. I would choose a different model if I had known. The settings are easiest to adjust on the app and kind of difficult to adjust on the actual washer and dryer since the control panel lacks physical buttons. Then, the doors are way bigger than necessary and in my small laundry room, the washer door hits the wall. I also cannot overstate how annoying the end of cycle chime is. The chime is very long, very loud and cannot be turned off or lowered. If both the washer and dryer go off at the same, it's like listening to 2 musical clocks going off at the same time. If your washer and dryer are anywhere near your living space, it gets annoying and will probably wake you up. No idea why samsung would not allow you to turn it off but sounds cannot be adjusted in any way on this model. Lastly, if you live in Central Ohio the best buy delivery was horrible. They installed the units incorrectly so that my dryer was impossible to use due to the door position. The technicians were rude and argumentative. They crushed the dryer vent when they pushed the dryer into place since it came with a semi rigid vent and they did not use the joints. They also scratched the crap out of my dryer and the geek squad would not fix the scratch situation at all when I called. This also tells me these are easily scratched and will not look good in the long run.

Great Samsung product as always. They’re reputation is impeccable. Took the plunge and purchased both the Washer & Dryer. Amazing pair that get the job done proficiently, and did I mentioned they’re smart machines? Being from the SmartThings ecosystem, this was a great addition. Lots of uses and does them with ease.

I’m so glad I spent the extra money for this washer!! I also purchased the matching dryer. Both are extremely efficient and lots of different options!
