We got this stove because it was induction and had the virtual flame (as we have a young child in the house we wanted something that would be fairly safe around young children, the induction cooktop doesnt get nearly as hot as regular electric and the virtual flame is a good visual clue the stove is on) .. Overall the performance is great, induction heats up very quick, and cooks very evenly (its as good as gas). Very happy with it overall ..
