Dual or single oven all in one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife was sold on this range when the sales person went over the features. Being able to have a typical large oven for a turkey but then being able to convert it into 2 smaller ovens for side dishes is a very nice feature. Other dual free standing ovens that we looked at only had the fan in one of the sections this one has 2 fans and is able to circulate the air in both sections independently.

Beauty and Function
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new range was delivered just a few days ago as a replacement. Recently the range that had been in my condo, likely since it was built, caught on fire and was ruined. My kitchen has been a hodgepodge of appliances, Samsung fridge (purchased 12/17), LG microwave. GE range and dishwasher. I love the look of the new range in black stainless steel matching my refrigerator. I’m so looking forward to The much needed replacing of my microwave and eventually dishwasher. This was a quick upgrade to the look of my kitchen and I love it! I’ll post more once I have the opportunity to try out the double oven features.

Great range
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the flex duo. It's a time saver. Being able to do two different items at once is amazing. Took a little getting use to. Although it has 2 fast boil burners, it feel a little slow to heat up. I worried about the black smooth top from the other reviews saying it shows everything and not easy to clean. It does show every speck but if you act fast you can avoid it marking the top. It has a lot of features that have yet to be used. Overall it's pretty self explanatory. Looks awsome and easy to use and install. I only marked Down because of the cook top ease of cleaning spills.

Best Range I have owned in a long time!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my new range! I never wanted a wifi-capable appliance but after using this option with my oven I am completely sold. I enjoy not having to constantly check the time to make sure I don't burn something in the oven. I own a Samsung Q70r and when my oven is done it pops up an alert on my tv. I really enjoy having the convenience of two ovens or one large oven. I replaced an older range (1960's) that had a built-in oven on top with a fan and another oven on the bottom. This gives me the convenience of two ovens without taking up too much space. I saw other reviews where people complained that it burnt their food, there is two fast boil elements which heat up rapidly so if you are not careful you will burn your food. I find cooking at a lower temperature works best.

Samsung Flex-Duo
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought the Samsung Flex Duo Range because it was a "double-oven". My wife loves it. She is able to use the top part for small dishes and when needed, cook our whole meal (different temperatures of course), at one time. There is one complaint and that is with the top part. I have noticed it with other electric smooth tops also but the discoloration that happens on top is not pretty. I wouldn't expect it to stay 'new' looking forever but... This is our first smooth top and we are not impressed.

Love my new Samsung dual oven
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the stove, first time with a convection which is as good as a air fryer. Can't wait to use the whole oven over the holidays. Using Weiman Glass Cook Top cleaner and polish and a damp paper towel on the top. So far so good, bought Cuisinart pots and pans so they don't scratch. Well worth the investment.

Awesome Range
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this range! I love that I can use the oven as one big oven or two separate ovens! The only thing that I have seen is that it gets finger prints pretty easy but besides that it’s an awesome range that can steam clean itself.

Q: QuestionIs it possible to open the bottom oven door alone? For example, if I have a roast in the bottom oven and need to baste it, and I have a cake baking in the top oven, would I be able to just open the door to the bottom oven w/o losing heat in the top?
Asked by Bella.
- A:Answer No you can either open both doors or only the top. So put the cake in the bottom oven and the roast in the top.

Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions inside the Storage drawer (Width, length, depth)? Trying to determine if its big enough to store pots and pans.
Asked by Dimensions.
- A:Answer The dimensions are 24.5 x 18.5 x 4.5 . I use it for the covers to my pans. Because of the short depth, it can't hold deep pans. I do like that I can store the oven divider on the top of the drawer when I am using the entire oven.

Q: Questiondo I need a water connection for steam cleaning feature or is there another trick/ bait -n -switch" I should know about in advance
Asked by maik.
- A:Answer It’s really simple. After you remove the racks and the divider, you remove th excess spills on the bottom and then add 10 ounces of water to the bottom of the oven, press steams clean and clock the door

Q: QuestionHow many racks are there?
Asked by rescue4paws.
- A:Answer 3 wire racks and a center partition. Just remove the wire racks when using self-cleaning or they will discolor.

Q: QuestionWhat cleaner safely removes food baked on surface?
Asked by Lopez.
- A:Answer I have used smooth top stoves for years and there are many nice products made particularly for them. I have used corell stove top cleaner in the past, I regularly use Softscrub WITHOUT the bleach in it and have for many years. Use it when you notice baked on grease, oil splatter, or food areas. Use it with a non-scratch sponge. If the stove does not have anything baked on I use dish soap and hot water. Rinse with hot water and sponge, with a second rinse with hot water paper towel and then dry with paper towel or clean dish towel and it will shine! When we purchased our new stove and the old one was removed with our remodel, the installation guys were impressed with how fabulous my old stove top looked without a scratch after 20 years!
