Q: what is width between stands
A: Delo: The width between the legs on the 50TU8000 is 39.8". ^Gina
A: The sound is good. However, I usually use headphones. I would invest in a "sound enhancement".
Q: Am I able to put apps on this tv like Disney+ and Netflix?
A: Yes. Both Netflix and Disney+ are available. I have not yet found any app I was looking for that was not available.
Q: Can I pay extra to have it delivered, installed, and the old tv taken away?
A: YES, BUT, If you have the Total Tech package delivery, installation and removal of old tv is one of the benefits!
Q: I can’t seem to increase volume
A: Wish I could help but mi e came with no polarizing film on the screen. So I can't use mine and have been waiting for weeks to have geek squad pick it up and for a return and bring a new one. Past two weeks they have cancelled the appointment "the day before the appointment, mind you" with a poor excuse "such as the store sold them all and are out of stock, you would think if they are scheduled to return/exchange one and know a week ahead of time that they would have one set aside for this purpose" and it sometimes takes hrs to talk to anyone at Best Buy to reschedule. This will be the last time I ever buy at Best Buy, and deal with their extremely poor customer service!
Q: Will this TV work with iOS screen mirroring?
A: Its almost scary what this TV will do. I can Airplay EVERYTHING. iPhone, Macbook Air. Heck, it detected & wants to pair with my Airpod Pro's.
