I love this Tv, I love the apps , getting online at first was a challenge. I called the Samsung representative and they were pretty helpful and didn’t have to wait long. The picture quality is extremely clear. I have and always will purchase Samsung TVs. They are great quality always. Once I figured out how to get online with my apartment’s WiFi, a whole entire Tv experience was spectacular! Ease of adding apps, logging on thru your cellphone instead of typing on the screen is a huge help!

We are very happy with our purchase of the 50” Samsung TV. It replaced a 43” Plasma LG unit and because of the border on the older set being larger than the Samsung the new unit takes only a slightly larger footprint. As far as the performance of the new Samsung it is above our description. We love it! Now the negative! We contacted the Geek Squad and set an appointment for install and we’re quoted $149.00 for that service. I explained to the Geek Squad that I needed someone to help me lift the new TV and was told they would do that. Ten minuets before the arrival of the Geek Squad I was called by the installer and informed they would another fifty dollars to lift the TV on my wall. The conversation went south from that point and we canceled the service. Needless to say we will never recommend the Geek Squad to anyone!!! On another note the documentation was lacking in the description of the mounting bolts. We were told the M8 bolt was required to mount the TV, but it took three trips to the hardware store to find the correct length. The desk person at the Geek Squad said 40-41mm which was way off. We ended up with four 50mm bolts and a couple washers and lock nuts. Well our new Samsung Q50T is mounted on our bedroom wall and for us it is perfect. It was an expierence and we would rate Best Buy and Samsung top kudos with the Geek Squad being a company we could never recommend to anyone!

Good connectivity with WiFi and great picture I like this TV , very easy to set up I would rather have the remote with more buttons for easy use but this does the job. I like the Bluetooth feature, it works with Alexa and Google play.
