Samsung - 55" Class (54-5/8" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - HDTV

I recently purchased this TV and couldnt be happier! I went from a 2009 Samsung 46" LCD to this and let me tell you, the difference is mind blowing. The picture literally looks like it pops out at you. My wife and I thought it was in 3D. LOL. It is the new 2014 model. I am also a avid gamer, I play Call Of Duty Ghosts every night for at least 4 hours. The colors that it produces is amazing. I did tweak the settings a bit to my liking and everyone is different, so i'll leave it to you. Gaming on it is so clear and almost zero blur. The Avengers ending action scene was my test and it performed like a champ, cant get any more motion than that movie and Zero Blur. I can't say anything on the sound because i use a 725W Sony A/V receiver with 2 Pioneer tower speakers and a 100W subwoofer. The boarder and tv itself are thin and barely notice it. Overall I am extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to you. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on this Samsung, save up for it. You will not regret it!!

Let me start bay stating this is the 3rd TV I guess 3 times is the charm . Ill be clear though the last 2 were 7150 models and horrible . the 1rst a 65" with a aluminum back panel that pulsated and buzzed loud enough to hear from a foot away , and in the store on the display since the store is noisy put your hand on the upper mid back and you will feel the energy surges and if you put your ear close to the back you will hear loud buzzing from the amount of power the led,s are using energy saver ? Nope ! That was not the main problem as I stated to the sales reps and the store manager Raymond that my wife and I are only 7 to 8' away from the TV and the prightness on the lowest backlighting possible is burning out our retinas , So on the return we got the recommended 60" which was 50$ more 1499 new not open box and had a completely different back panel which stopped the buzzing and the pulsations #this goes for any 7150 under 65" # Yet still being so close we spent a Sunday watching 2 movies and again with their rec. turning on the motion lighting we became sick , yes motion sickness ,dizzy so back for the 3rd time got the 6350 #THIS MODEL # and 700$ back and a new Samsung microwave and the picture is far better , no motion sickness and even on back lit 14 we are fine , also on this the viewing angels are 40% better , on a show like Family Guy with the 7150 model ot even the 8000 models if you had to sit on the sides far enough their faces would turn from tan / skin color to an off white purple ? Yup but not on this one .. I am very pleased . The main negative reviews I saw related to the stand . Ill address that now it is just like anything from 2009 to to 2013 but ill be more clear you start with the chrome colored 4 prong x shaped legs set them down on the floor Next grab the black plastic the will attach the tv # NOW THERE IS A LITTLE TRICK # not really but the black plastic has 4 holes and 2 lips 1 big and 1 small they are under on the inside of the hole that goes on the metal base of the x shaped stand . The key is to angel the plastic mounting plate not try to snap it on or it will break !!!! so angle it big smile lip on first #and it only goes 1 way # then the small 1 will just allow it to fall flush and time for the 4 screws into the legs .#Mind you this is before it is attached to the TV !!!!! The screws start out very tough #mind you I used a pc kit screwdriver # but that's normal just get them all the way in and tighten them up snug . Ok finally the tv I used a leather ottoman laid the TV on panel up , then slid under the TV with a phillips screwdriver and 4 more screws #8 Philip screws total 4 in stand 4 in TV back . Then with my wife holding the stand and the attached mounting bracket aready attached I screwed in the 4 screws and viola perfect . Then for calibration it only took 10 minutes because it was the same as the 7150 models we just returned , But ill say standard and natural are the best on Standard I did 14 back lit , 45 sharpness , 42 brightness, 52 color to 55 , and on all advanced options or picture options once you do 1 setting it will apply for all and I did high dynamic contrast for exceptional colors , dark not darkest on black level (it takes out to much of the picture # then native on advanced . 0 gama , and oh motion clarity from auto to high or medium which ever you prefer but it makes a big dif. . In closing the picture is better , Better viewing angels , no headaches , has Pandora which is the only real "smart feature "we use cause its the only free 1 . and it looks great and is quite sturdy unless you plan on leaning on the edges !!!! The only negative is that the models above alow you to do a split screen with guide and still see the tv and use the remote, with time warner on the Samsung remote with out the ir blaster ! and the smart remotes are a nice touch but more trouble than their worth being they only work about 60% of the time . EX. you say go to channel 66 it shows on the tv you said channel 66 but will only go to channel 6 and you have to re pair the smart remote almost daily sometimes . I did find a way though to be on the browser and still watch tv by using picture in picture which is nice . Well it this helps even 1 person from having to break their back fitting a 65 or even a 60" TV in a van or suv and return it to best buy I will feel I have done a good job.

I purchased the 55" UN55H6350 when they offering it for less than the 50" variant, and with the added bonus of $100 Gift Card. Physically getting the TV out of the box (without any help), installing the table-top stand, and setting it up was easy and took less than 30 minutes. I'm happy to say the setup process was a breeze without any issues. The picture quality is excellent, though not amazing. I noticed some clouding issues when viewing an all-black screen (transitioning between apps), but this was really only noticeable in a very dark room with the lights out. Otherwise, the brightness, contrast, and color were pretty acceptable, and pretty much what I would expect from a mid-range 55" from Samsung. The SmartTV features were good with a very wide selection of games and apps, but the interface was not as fast as I was expecting from a quad-core processor. Unfortunately, I decided to return the TV because of significant light-bleed in the lower-right corner of the display. Although not noticeable during full-screen viewing, the light-bleed resembled a spotlight during letterboxed content viewing. It was significant enough to be distracting, and at this price, it's just unacceptable. I decided to go with a 50" Sony W800B, as my experience with Sony televisions have been nothing but positive in the past.

This TV has very good picture quality, a fast processor, a user friendly interface & a sleek, low-profile design. Easily the best TV I have ever owned, and my Wife loves it! ...thats a must:)

Surpasses all of my expectations! It's a Samsung! Looks great, works great and has all the features I needed, plus more!

Can't do 2 task at same time don't work for me for example pause DVD and watch TV don't work and I wish I know why.

Works amaicing. It's the best tv ever I never experienced.
