Do not buy this TV. It died after 2 years
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV 2 years ago for $1700 and now it has a vertical blue line on the left side of the screen. Samsung says it's cost over $1,000 to repair since it falls out of warranty and there are no other options. I bet this is a common issue and Samsung is keeping it quite since they don't want to offer recall. I will never buy another Samsung TV and a very expensive lesson learned.

- A:Answer Clear motion is speaking about the refresh rate or frame per second of the tv. Honestly in my opinion anything beyond 120 refresh rate unless you are gaming or watching fast paced sports is over kill at this stage of the game. The 55 inch has a native refresh rate of 120hz. The 960hz advertised is the televisions processor scrubbing the picture over and over to make it as fluid as possible.
