Customers have good things to say about the picture quality, calling it awesome and clear. They also appreciate the easy setup and gaming experience. The TV's price point is seen as a positive aspect, with customers saying it's a great TV for the price. However, some customers have concerns about the remote control being too small and slim, and a few have mentioned issues with sound and durability.
I did some online research and settled on a 55" Q60 TV to replace a 15-year-old 42" Panasonic plasma TV that got fried during a recent lightning storm. When I came into the BestBuy store to look it over, I decided instead to move up to the Q70 TV. We're had it for 24 hours (bought 9/12/2020) and it seems to be a fantastic upgrade. The picture is amazing when streaming 4K and still excellent with the HD satellite feed. Acoustics are much better (easier to hear) than our old TV and install was easy since I removed the brackets from my old TV and bolted them onto the new one. One issue: the guide says to use 39-41mm M8 bolts, but that length engages MAYBE 1-2 threads. I rolled over to Home Depot and bought M8x1.25 x 45mm socket head cap screws (no Philips available in that size/length) and with a lock washer, they engage fully and secure the TV to the mounts. Samsung should reevaluate their literature for this. Functionally, the TV automatically detected our wi-fi as well as the DirecTV feed and self-configured so that the TV remote is the only one needed. Using the SmartThings app, we were able to configure and register the TV in a few quick steps. The remote is sleek, but without a keypad, it takes longer / more steps to manually select a different channel. I just reprogrammed the DirecTV remote to the new TV and all is well - one remote to rule them all. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase even though it's just the honeymoon phase. I'll update should anything interesting occur. For the on-sale $899 price, I think this TV is a good bargain, considering the features and picture quality vs. competitors. It was an easy choice and so far, it's a great buy.

I bought this tv for my husband cause he got the PlayStation 5 as a gift. I read up on all the reviews on several sites before purchasing. I am not all knowledgeable about the different specs and what it does or how it performs. After learning and being better educated, I purchased this tv. We both are beyond impressed at the quality, clarity and depth of what this tv delivers. My husband is impressed with the game mode that adapts to the new games and the graphics that makes the gaming experience better. I am sure that a OLED tv would outshine this model by way far, but if you’re in the market for a great tv, good gaming experience, no a pocket breaker, then this is the tv for you.

First off this is my 2 4K tv so I kinda know whats good. First thing to say is you get what you pay for!!! My last one was $450 so this tv for $899 is good. At this time some tvs can run up to $3000 and there up more for 8K. This is a step up from led tvs of past. + they just keep adding coll stuff like minor link to cast Laptops or phones to it. I have a few thing I use with the tv and the 4 HDMI inputs are good. Most tvs only got 2 or 3. I use a cable box 1080, a Apple tv 4K, and Sony UHD 4K Player. No I dont use tv for gameing but you can it had 2.1 HDMI input for that too. The apps are cool and it took about 5 min to learn the use software to nav. the apps and inputs. I even say if do not have a sound bar or souround sound the tv sound work good. I would give 5 stars but I do NOT like the dimming when watch movies or shows. It makes dark even darker the jumps bright again. Dark stuff is hard to see and no way to stop it!!! I with samsung would fix that!!!! All in all the tv is tops for money.
