Have had this oven for a few days now and am really happy with the purchase. 1st the unit looks amazing! We have the regular stainless steel version and it just pops in the kitchen. So glad to have a gas range back in the house, it heats up the pans so quickly and evenly. The double oven seems like it will come in handy, especially during the holidays. My only drawback would be the app. Maybe I haven't fihured it out yet but it would be nice to be able to start/preheat the oven remotely from the app. From what I understand you can't do that. If I find out you can or they update the app to make it possible I'd give it a 5 star rating, no question.

I couldn't love my new Samsung double oven more!!!! I always wished I had a double oven, and now I do! I love how you can remove the middle divider if you want to use the whole oven at once for whatever reason (like when I made multiple cakes at a time) or for the amazing air-fry feature! I love the wheel and touch screen! I LOVE how it does not have an ugly control panel sticking up in back like my old one (and every other open I ever had)!! So sleek and minimalist! But not only that--it vents a lot more and has much more cooking area because of this! Having the ability to actually use all the burners at once is a game changer! And the super hot burner is a huggggge game changer! I can cook 7 lbs of cut of chicken, for example --which is something I do a couple times a week---in just a few minutes, vs 30-40 minutes! The other burner is much hotter and therefore, faster cooking, than my old range too! This saves me so much time, and makes cooking actually enjoyable! I just love it sooo much! Also, it doesn't fingerprint and streak! It really is easy to clean!

Appearance of Range We received the oven and the delivery team was great. The delivery team unboxed the range in our kitchen so we know they did not damage the unit. After the delivery team left I was able to remove all of the protective plastic from the oven and my wife noticed two dents in the top left portion of the oven above the left control knob's. We are not sure why the new range has dents in the metal. This is disappointing. Cooking We realize that we'll need to get use to the new oven but we've destroyed a lasagna dish as well as a pizza due to over cooking. The lasagna was turned into a brick on convection cooking at 375 for less than 50 mins and in our old gas oven we cooked the dish at 400 for 60 mins. We've also burned a pizza by using the upper range to cook. I suspect it is too close to the open gas flame in the upper compartment. Over all the range is nice in appearance with the exceptions of the dents and we'll have to get use to cooking with the new heat source. Overall thoughts We'd recommend the range for others but as with any new item you have to adjust and learn how it works and ensure we don't destroy too many other meals.
