Quality4 out of 5Value2 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I bought it 12/2018 and it's still working smooth to this day it only has the problem of going in and out transitioning from tv to game mode for us gamers and its beautiful gaming in 4k. And Netflix is just something else sucks you got to pay 15 a month for 4k streams but thats netflix ,still great.

Crystal Clear picture
|Posted .This TV will make your feet happy also!! The clarity of the picture is breathtaking. Add the 240 refresh rate, and you will swear, you are there and not just viewing a TV. If you buy this TV, you will not be disappointed. You will put your feet up, and lose yourself in the moments of this wonderful product.

Loads of features
|Posted .Love the TV, though due to the curve it doesn't really look much bigger than the 60" it replaced. Works well with Alexa, but since it's a smart TV I guess I didn't really need to go that extra step. Picture is great, though not sure just what the curve is actually providing, wondering if it's more gimmicky than useful.

Beautiful television, until it broke
Posted .I purchased this television around 6 weeks ago from Best Buy, along with the protection plan, totaling nearly $2,100. After I set it up a couple weeks ago, I noticed that, while the stand would clip into place, it would not allow for the screws to secure it. Being as large as it was, I had no choice but to put the tv on the stand and ensure it would be in a safe place until I could mount it on the wall. The stand, as well as the entire television, seemed sturdy and very well made regardless of the defect in the screw holes. Ultimately, the stand failed, my television is broken, and the brand new TV I just purchased is not salvageable. The warranty does not cover this specific instance of failure due to the screws not being inserted, and the extra protection plan will not cover repairing a screen. Although the experience I received on the phone was pleasant and everyone tried their best to help, I am sick over this. I feel like I just wasted my money. After being a loyal Samsung and Best Buy customer for years, I never thought I would have an issue with something like this. Overall, this television is beautiful, well made, and worth every penny if you encounter no issues. When I have the money to, I plan on buying another, but will not use the stand that it comes with. PSA: Make sure the stand is secured with screws when you set up your tv.

Dark scenes look terrible!

Quality3 out of 5Value1 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5This TV looks great when you're watching movies with bright scenes, however the dark scenes are absolutely terrible and should look a lot better for the price. You can see in my photo that it also has clouding problems. I've only had the TV for a year and I also purchased the geek squad protection plan so hopefully something can be done about this.

Q: QuestionIs the curved Tv better than the flat screen both nu8500s Thank you new to curved vs flat
Asked by Momo.
- A:Answer Most side by side tests end up being a draw with one TV slightly better than the other in one area but not all. If you are struggling then flat may be the better way. One complaint with the curved is glare and how visible as a whole for those not dead center. For me I don't have a problem and in fact handles light reflection much better than my old TV. But if you had lots of light coming from the sides then you might have a problem. For me I have dark curtains and the only time I see any light is in the day but it's still find to watch a movie. I have a lamp about 3 feet to the left of me that I can't usually see on the TV. So for me I'm happy with these issues and the picture is very good.

- A:Answer Go to settings and change picture mode to Dynamic and you'll see the difference with the Hdmi Cable. Use Dynamic on every app and devices. Just speak into the remote microphone and say dynamic and switch it from standard to dynamic and you'll be amazed.

Q: QuestionWhat is the minimum pixel setting for these televisions?
Asked by Rick.
- A:Answer If you mean resolution I don't think there is a setting. The TV adjusts to the input source. I've gone down to 480p.
