I originally purchased the Samsung mu8000 from bestbuy.com, but after many screw ups on the part of Best Buy and their delivery service I ended up in the Ocoee store in west Orlando. They had this set as an open box and even took $200 bucks off because the company had failed miserably on their end.(it was a bestbuy.com order) Joey and his team were amazing and got me into this set for little more than I had paid for the other set. I took it home, mounted it on the wall and did the install myself. After using the instruction for movie mode setting from RTINGS.com. I can’t reccomend this set enough. I was replacing an old Toshiba 65” LCD 1080p set that got hit by lightning. This set is stunning, from games to sports and even just an average sitcom it’s remarkable. Do I have a little ghosting around light objects on an all black screen, sure but it’s an edge lit set. If you purchase this set you won’t be sorry. The OS is wonderful and easy to operate and the picture is amazing. Go watch planet earth on Netflix (don’t forget to upgrade your subscription to 4K) and just let your jaw fall completely to the floor. Buy this TV, the blacks aren’t as deep as an OLED but for the difference in price and the insane brightness that QLED gives you you’ll be very satisfied. Especially if it’s going into a really bright room.

I love it it was so easy to set up with 1 connect had some trouble with sound bar but Samsung on line chat worked very well. Was delivered on time and 2 hrs. early pic is great like I had hoped it would be can see it from all points of the room as it is curved
