Always been a Whirlpool guy but salesman talked me into Samsung washer/dryer combo. So far (1 1/2 months later) I am very happy with it. The only complaint is I am not a huge fan of the lint filter design. It has a flip up "door" that covers half the screen. I'm not sure why they designed it that way, but it's just a small inconvenience. When you clean the filter, you have to flip the "door" on the filter to access all of the screen. Otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

For the money, this is a nice unit. It has all the drying setting you need. Nothing over the top and it's your standard white front loading appliance. It's not super quiet but not overly loud. Only concern is the music (tune) it plays when the load is complete. It's long and somewhat annoying. May be a way to disable but haven't tried to figure it out yet. I've only owned for 10 days so will revisit this review with an update in 6 months.
