Actually, the whole buying experience was fairly painless. I had an idea of what TV I wanted, but when I got there, I was informed that the TV I thought I wanted wasn't really a great, quality model. She gave me some options but did not pressure me at all. The TV is great and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The color is magnificent and the functionality of the TV is great. The sound quality is ok for the TV by itself but when plugged into a surround sound system or sound bar, it's almost like being in the theatre!

The contrast and colors are superb making the quality of the pictures seem almost real. Easy to unpack. I set it up with theater sound system and the sound matches the pictures. This tv gives me the feeling of being in a movie theater. Easy to set up.
