I purchased this 78" Curved Samsung TV at my local Best Buy. It was originally $8k, but I got a screaming deal for $3,300. I've learned from past experience to purchase the Geek Squad warranty, which was not cheap, but provides peace of mind for five years. It took a couple of days to adjust to the incredibly sharp pictures when viewing a 4k Blu Ray, Amazon, Netflix or Comcast programming. I came from a 90" Sharp LED and it's night and day difference between the two. It's so much brighter than what I was used to. Even the dogs are fooled now reacting as if the tv image is real when watching NatGo and other nature channels. This TV is no longer available at Best Buy unless you find a display or customer return. If the price is right for your budget you should go for it!

This is a great tv! It is so sharp and BRIGHT!!! Everyone comments on it's brightness. I guessed that it would not be as sharp as the displays at the store, BUT it is just as sharp. We also bought the Denon top of the line AVR which works beautifully with the tv. I was concerned about the CURVE, but we love it. Almost no reflections and plenty bright in our sunlit room.

Super slim ... Some grey scale issues with local dimming enabled in the corner but performs as well as flagship other than in darkest scenes..slimmer and cheaper however. Great if want it to swivel.
