This is a very nice product and does what it says it does. The bad part of the entire situation: - DO NOT GET THIS if you only have MAC/Apple computers. The browser interface is not supported on Safari. - DO NOT GET THIS if you only use Chrome as a browser. - DO NOT GET THIS if you want to get good customer service from Samsung It will only properly view as a web UI from a Windows machine with Internet explorer. Firefox will work, but it will be missing a good portion of the administrative features from the web UI. Also make sure you have the latest Silverlight installation / browser plug in. If not, you will not be able to use the webUI. The iPad and Android apps for the phones are easy to set up, as long as you take notes and follow the directions in the book. What I don't understand is why there is an iPhone/iPad app for the cameras, but it wont work natively in OSX. Samsung is obviously Windows favorited when it comes to its cameras.
