Just built a new house with a large room with a bar, purchased three TV's for that room. Best Buy rep at store was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right TV for the room.

Terrible TV and service. After mounting it in my wall and the minute they plugged it in.. it didn’t work. They didn’t take it off and told me they will replace it and it has been 5 days spending at least an hour every day to speak to the customer service who has been submitting ticket to resolved the system issue to schedule. I have been bestbuy member for a while but this experience is the worse. I just want to return it.. I will buy a TV from some where else.
