Customers admire the BD-H6500/ZA Blu-ray player's exceptional picture quality, ease of use, and 4K upscaling capabilities. Many appreciate its convenient features, including built-in Wi-Fi and streaming options, as well as its compact size and reasonable price. However, some users find the placement of the controls and buttons on the top of the unit inconvenient, and a few have expressed concerns about the remote's design and functionality. Overall, the positive feedback on picture quality and ease of use outweighs the negative comments regarding the controls.
The ease of use makes movie watching fun. The clarity and the up scaling are amazing. Watching 3d or blue ray the best!

Got this as a replacement for my Sony DVD player from 5 years back, still works but wanted HD. I wanted something that was buget friendly and still wouldn't be dated in a year. Pro: 4K upscale everything that it plays or go through it. Bluray & Regular player Smart Hub for TV ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Vudu, and everything else + Web Browser) 3D convention ( have not test) ?/Dual Processors= Fast Start and Loads. Front of unit has displays and not just light to show status. On corner there are also touch button to control Player, when we couldn't find the remote. :-) Con: Remote button is small, I will be getting a keyboard ( Samsung or Logistic). But it light up at night. Hard to enter movies on Hub or web site with current remote. So far 2 months, we are happy. Picture through this with new 4k TV is awesome. Got on black Friday with tax and 3 years warranty under $110. Better deal than model up and cheaper than Sony model. I would recommend !

Picture quality and upscaling for non 4K content is good. Paired easily with Samsung 4K tv, so only need to use one remote to control both. Only issue has been that on some movies the play button and the enter button don't work and the tv says it is an invalid selection or unable to perform operation with disk; making starting the movie frustrating. I eventually get the movie to start, sometimes it does it on its own after the previews of other movies. I notice this especially on Redbox movies for some reason, so maybe it has more to do with how some disks are formatted than the player itself. Set up was easy and smart features appear to be working correctly, including wifi. For the price at Black Friday the player was a good choice.
