Don’t buy the painted panels. Poor paint quality
Posted .Like the fridge, but don’t buy the metal panels. They scratch with every magnet and bump. Fridge is 5 days old. Phone call to Samsung resulted in almost 2 hours, 5 reps transfers and people in the Philippines that I couldn’t understand.

The doors were easy to install and look fabulous the only problem is getting the bottom doors because at the stock situation, but It will be worth the wait ! More picture when we have the lower doors on. Danny at the Wichita Falls location was wonderful helping us choose our refrigerator.

Nor is there a photo of the panel-ready fridge without panels. This is the last bit of information that I need before making the purchase, but all I hear is crickets...

- A:Answer The Refrigerator comes OUT OF THE BOX in the Graphite Black color but on the front, the areas where the front panels WOULD be are empty with an aluminum looking frame and panel. So the body is graphite/black.

- A:Answer I previously answered this question and reported that it coould not hold a gallon container. That was based on my faulty memory. I went back and actually tried to put a gallon milk container and it did fit easily. Sorry for the confusion.

- A:Answer Hello, It does not include any tool. There’s no need for it. They can just easily be taken out by removing the snap-on clips that are holding the panels on. Hope it helps.
