• Q: Our autofill pitcher is not filling on our new fridge. Water line connected, no pitcher leaks or excess moisture, have tried to hold down autofill setting button for 3sec but the door panel won't turn on or light up. The button won't even light up. Help! (4 answers)

• Q: Can doors be removed to fit into a 29.5 inch doorway? (2 answers)

  A: Without the doors youre looking at 29 3/4 inches of width for the fridge. We actually had this same problem. We had to remove the front doors and drawers. It was a pretty simple process. The only issue we ran into was removing the blue water hose line, on the left door. You press in the blue hose and the gray ring. Itd make sense if you saw it. Oh and taking off the feet of the fridge, we got it to fit after taking the doors, drawers and feet off.

• Q: We recently purchased this fridge but noticed it will sometimes randomly stop freezing and the ice starts to melt. We always make sure it’s been closed all the way to make sure that is not the issue. We have it set at the lowest temperature as well. (3 answers)

  A: We have had a similar problem. The ice maker works but produces limited quantity. Also, items in the freezer look like they have snow on them-- generally, everything is frosty looking. Had Best Buy technician look at the problem shortly after installation and he recommended two repairs/replacements under warranty. Best Buy did not agree to both fixes so we are now back to where we started from. I love the design of the refrigerator -- best use of space in any fridge I've owned, including a Viking. But this ice and freezer issue seems to be a real miss for Samsung.

• Q: I don't want the beverage center, just the auto fill pitcher(more storage inside). The question is can I fill a glass of water from the autofill pitcher area? I am aware I can fill a glass of water via using the pitcher, but that is not what I am asking. (6 answers)

  A: You can not fill your glass from outside. You can only fill your glass from outside only if you have beverage center.

• Q: My refrigerator was delivered, and it barely fits in the sides. There's 2" space in the back and 4.5" at the top. The width is pretty snug everywhere except where the counter is. Is this ok, or does it need more space for ventilation? (3 answers)

  A: We have a built in surround for ours. It’s pretty tight. It seems fine. We have had a couple of different fridges and none have had a problem

The refrigerator has 2 heights measured from the base to the top with and without the door. The height of the refrigerator is found below. Height without the door: 68 7/8 inches. Height with the door: 70 inches. The height is relatively fixed as the leveling legs will not go more than half an inch. I have shared the user manual link below. • Q: We just unwrapped and installed our bespoke fridge. Water line is working, no leaks, but the autofill pitcher function is not working. It's not even lit on the control panel. Tried holding down for 2 or 3 seconds, won't turn on the icon. (3 answers)

  A: Hi DeejayJavier, Thank you for the review. Lets us check some setting to take care of the autofill pitcher function. The AutoFill is setting defaults to off on new models because the water line may not be connected when the refrigerator is first powered on. Please see the link for more details. The main panel will be disabled, and the Lock indicator ( padlock) will turn on. When the Lock is on, the indicator blinks if any button on the main panel is pressed. • Q: My ice maker is still not making ice. Is there a setting I need to change? (1 answers)

  A: Is your unit new? If so, it takes a good 24-36 hours for you to start seeing ice. If you have had it for a long time and haven't changed the filter that would cause it not to make ice too.
