I even bought an open box product for a discount and its in great condition. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to change the brightness/settings with the power button, you tilt the button up, down, left and right to control the menu. Its a little weird, but not really an issue.

- A:Answer Yes you will need to change the refresh rate to 144hz because it comes out of the box at only 60hz.

- A:Answer I cannot find the hdr setting either. I am doubting this monitor has hdr compatibility for ps4/computer. I’ve searched online but it doesn’t look like this monitor can actually handle it. Best Buy just messed up and that’s the only reason I bought mine. ):
