Beautiful Monitor
||Posted .Owned for 4 months when reviewed.I use this monitor for work & gaming. The ability to have 2 different inputs being displayed at the same time is amazing. Multitasking is streamlined using this monitor as the amount of room you have to view multiple documents is incredible. For super ultra wide compatible games, this monitor is breathtaking. The immersion you feel with this monitor, in my opinion, is comparable to VR. Only one issue - it gets pretty warm. Other than that, this is the perfect monitor. The photos do not do this beast justice.

Cloud 9 for Multitasking
||Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.It’s awkward finding it a proper home but I’d work on the floor as long as I have this monitor. The only reason I still go to my office and work is because I haven’t found a safe way to move it home since the box was thrown away. I can see A to Z in a spreadsheet or run 3. I could have conquered the world by now if I had ordered this years ago.

Perfect for the multitasker
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I love this monitor! I didn’t at first. I needed a powered DP cable in order to get that port to work. Aside from that it’s amazing. Using it with my M1 Mac mini and I switch out the DP ports to my switch and work laptop.

Warn warning, do not buy this monitor

I work in the IT field, and I bought this monitor since I WFH and need multiple windows open while working. Very disappointed since my household is full of Samsung products, and I fully trusted the brand. This past year alone, I've spent over 3k on Samsung products from best buy. Very disappointed in Best Buy's day return policy. Any electronic device is guaranteed to work perfectly for the first 15 days of usage. It's ridiculous how the consumer is forced to purchase an expensive warranty to have the ability to return or get a refund for a defective product. Won't ever be buying from Best Buy or a Samsung product.

Spoiled myself
||Posted .I spoiled myself with this purchase. The first couple days the screen size was overwhelming. Before you know it, you become lost in the screen. I have played a couple games on it, but purchased it mainly for work. I'm a developer and noticed I open way more windows because the real estate is insane. I'm lucky to have a nice video card, but beware the native resolution is huge. If you're using a more basic computer with integrated graphics, you may not achieve full resolution. Cons: It throws a lot of heat into your workspace. When you first turn it on, and when the screen is moving around a lot the monitor will make popping noises.

||Posted .I don’t use this for games, I use it for work as I have to use a massive amount of spreadsheets; this is simply amazing as I can toggle between one or another seamlessly. So worth the cost.

Q: QuestionCan this screen work with a Macbook Pro using HDMI? I am also thinking adding another windows machine to use the PBP (Picture by Picture) feature. Will this work?

- A:Answer Yes, it will. I am currently using it with a Macbook Pro via HDMI. The Macbook does not support the CRG9's default resolution of 5120x1440 but does support it at about 3800x1440 (not sure of the exact resolution). The image is acceptable at that resolution. You must change your display setting to Resolution: Scaled and "More Space".

Q: QuestionDoes the 5120x1440 get rid of the blurry text when using it for anything besides gaming? I have 3840 x 1080 version and it is horrible. If I return it, and upgrade to this, will that solve the issue. I mainly use for work productivity and spreadsheets.

- A:Answer The height of the screen alone without the stand is 14 1/4". With the stand the lowest you can adjust is 16 1/2" and highest is 21".

- A:Answer you can still enable g-sync in Nvidia control panel allowing the use of G-sync even thouugh its free sync. It's known as "g-sync compatible".
